   Dean really hadn't had much time to process, well, everything. And in his defense, it was a lot. God was gone, Jack was in heaven, and Cas… Dean’s head had been reeling non-stop since the Empty ripped him away. Everything Cas had ever done or said to him, all of it had a new meaning.
