   Summary

   Colin was just a fifteen year old orphan down on his luck, burned by a string of unsuccessful adoptions. All he had were his superhero newspaper articles he would read over and over again. He hoped one day that a miracle would happen out of nowhere that would change his life for the better. He was rather surprised at what fate eventually handed him.

   (This is the origin story of Colin in this alternate universe and how his life changed after helping a stranger.)
