You're laying on the balcony with Bakugo beside you, silent as ever. You snuggle up to him even more which earns you a slight chuckle from him. His hand travels from your shoulder to your tummy, and he notices how you flinch when you feel his burning touch on your skin. He caresses your arms and holds a tight grip on your wrist, almost as if he's scared you'd suddenly disappear or run away.
You start feeling conscious and uneasy, and so you pull away—but he only grabs you closer with a kiss on your forehead, then on your cheek, and the last one on your lips. He stands up much to your displeasure, leaving you there gazing upon a starry sky.
Minutes pass and he calls you from the kitchen. "I'm not hungry," you tell him once you notice the food prepared on the table.
With furrowed eyebrows and a harsher tone, he replies, "Well I am! I don't want to eat alone. Eat with me."
You know that saying no would only frustrate him and lead to the both of you arguing, so you sit down across from him, silently offering your gratitude for the meal.
You don't say anything every time you catch him sneakily adding more food on your plate, with a smile and contentment evident on his face.
