it was a surprisingly good day for class 1A, midoriya hadn’t broken any bones, bakugo hadn’t exploded anything...yet...todoroki hadn’t accidentally set something on fire or accidentally frozen anything either, kaminari hadn’t short circuited or caused another power outage, things like that. And for once, Aizawa was more relaxed and didn’t have a headace. He was let off patrol the night before so he had managed to get sleep the night before, meaning he didn’t need to nap in class. And he hadn’t, being more like a teacher than normal, and he told them that, that he didn’t have patrol or papers to mark last night so had actually gotten sleep.
Aizawa was going through the lesson. Standing at the front explaining in more detail what was to be done since a lot didn’t understand the first time he explained it. All of a sudden, the door to the class few open and before he could look to see who it was, he was ‘attacked’ and knocked to the floor by five very energetic kids, he was sitting on the floor still trying to process what was happen, wondering why there were five hyper kids all over him and climbing over him. He looks at the doorway as he hears laughter.
”sorry about that Shota” aiko, Shota’s sister
”hay aiko. I’m in the middle of teaching, you could have visited later” Aizawa somehow managed to stand up and gets the kids off him, one very hyper blue haired boy hugging his leg as he walked and the class couldn’t help but giggle
”I know Shota but I have to go to America for a week for work stuff, I only just found out and I’m sorry it’s last minute I just didn’t know who else to ask to take care of them” she whines and pouted
”fine...wait a week?! Well I don’t spend enough time with them so ok. Stay safe”
she nods and smiles, Aiko was just a little shorter than Shota was. Her deep purple hair wavy and down to her waist, aswell as deep purple eyes. Her left eye covered. Shota tries to move the hair away from her eye but she protests and tries to move her brother’s had away. He gave her a little glare and she lets him mover her hair. She had a nasty scar and was blind in that eye too. He makes sure her eye and that part of her face is ok before letting her cover it back up.
”aiko stay safe ok? Don’t go with anyone you don’t kn-“
“Shota I know I’m not five! I’ll be safe don’t worry”
he nods and gave her a hug, she hugs back before saying bye to Shota and running off. Him standing at the door and watching her go out his line of sight.
he turn back to his class who were speechless. He saw mineta trying to sneak up on one of the girls of the 5 kids, sending his scarf over and wrapping it around mineta and basically arranging him, quirk activated and glaring.
“touch them and you will never see daylight again. DO I MAKE MYSELF CLEAR”
the kids all ran and hid behind Shota, mineta nodding and being let go and scurrying back to his seat. Shota blinks and looks at the kids and smiles at them, he stands at the front of the class and sighs, the kids following and hugging Shota’s legs
”I know you have questions. Let me tell you these kids names then you may ask quiestions”
”this is Aoi, she is the oldest and she is 7 Years old” he pets the head of the tallest. She had light purple eyes and black hair which had been dyed red at the ends, she also had a scar on her right cheek and smiles at them
”these are Shiro and Haruto-“ Shota gets tapped by one of the two. Shota picking the boy up “something wrong?”
”can I be called something that isn’t Haruto?” The boy said quietly
”of course kiddlet, have a name in mind?” Shota was incredibly gentle and soft with the kid, the opposite of how he was with his class
the boy nods “...zuki...?”
Shota smiles and nods
”sorry class. This is Shiro and Zuki. They are twins and are both 5 years old. Shiro has the dark purple eyes and Zuki had the pink eyes” he said as he ruffles Shiro’s hair and was holding Zuki still. Both had dark purple hair like their mother but the purple showed through more. Shiro had eyes to match his hair and Zuki had pink eyes and a more feminine look to him.
“And these are Kyo and Mai. They are twins and both 3 years old” he said as he put Zuki down and pets both the smallest on the head. Kyo had bright blue hair which nobody knows where I’m the family he got it from, and he had the same deep purple eyes and Shiro. Mai had dark purple hair but it wasn’t as dark as Shiro and ZuKi’s hair was, having more brighter purple, she also had pinkish/purple eyes and both the 3 year olds had big smiles. All 5 hugging onto Shota in some way
“ok, now you may ask questions”
hands shot up in excitment
”ashido”
”was that your wife?!?!”
”no that was my younger sister. Make a snarky comment about her and your expelled” with that he shot mineta a glare who put his hand down
”Midoriya”
”if that woman was your younger sister does that make you their uncle??”
“YES! UNCLE SHOTA IS THE BEST!!!” The five kids shout excitedly before Shota could answer. Shota smiles and sits down on the floor, letting the 5 kids climb over him and get comfy, Shota smiling like a proud uncle, trying to hide it and failing miserably
”ok...kaminari”
”you already stated she wasn’t your wife, but do you have a wife??”
“Uncle Shota is gay. He’s married to uncle hizashi for 6 years” Shiro piped up before Shota could answer
”shiro its 8 years”
”but last time I saw you and uncle hizashi it was 6 years?”
”I know but it’s been two years since I saw you last, and what’s 6 plus 2?”
”8?”
”so if last time you saw me I was married six years, and that was two years ago. How long have I been married?”
”uhhhhh...OH 8 years!!”
“yes good boy shiro well done”
shiro smiles and gets a head pat. The class going hyper untill Shota shot them a glare and they all went quiet
”uraraka, what’s your question”
”is your husband also a pro???”
”ITS UNCLE HIZASHI!!” Zuki shouted as present mic had opened the door walked in to ask Shota something but forgot it when he saw the five. He was straight over picking Zuki up and smiling. Sitting next to Shota as the kids migrated to cling to mic as well, Shota informing hizashi that Haruto now goes by Zuki.
The quiestions kept comming, questions about Shota and hizashi’s marriage as well as quiestions about the kids
”ok last quiestion before the bell, then you have the rest of the day off because I can’t watch over you all and these 5. Midoriya you get the last question”
”what are their quirk? I know Kyo and Mai may not have them since their 3 though but what about the older 3?”
the 5 kids fell quiet as well as Shota and hizashi. Aoi making her way into Shota’s lap and curling into him, he holds her close and pets her head
”Kyo and Mai do have quirks, they are nearly 4 and they appeared early. Kyo is a mystery, he is related to the family by blood and is Mai’s sister but yet had bright blue hair and a healing quirk and nobody knows where in the family he got them from. Same father as the rest it’s just confusing.”
”Mai has a quirk similar to her mothers senses quirk and mine. She can look at someone, activate her quirk like mine does, but instead of cancelling their quirks she cancels their senses, terrifying first time it was used on me, thought I was blind and wouldn’t be able to use my quirk anymore”
”Shiro and Zuki have opposite quirks. Shiro can enhance things, like emotions or senses or even quirks, where as ZuKi’s quirk allows him to do the opposite, he can decrease their senses, quirks and emotions. Anything that can be enhanced and decreased, their quirk will work on it”
”Aoi is quirkless though. I remember the day she found out, I was there with her and she started crying, hoping she would have footed a quirk just like mine so she could be just like me when she grew up. She was so upset about it, she doesn’t get bullied for it anymore after I was at her school for a pro hero thing and he class started laughing at her for wanting to be a hero, I just death glared the whole lot of 5 year olds, picking Aoi up as I threatened to make sure they never get anywhere in life if they ever bully her again. Everyone is to scared of me to even try bully her. And I know she can be a hero. I know she can be an amazing and great pro hero when she is older and I will take her on as an internship and my sidekick if she still chooses she wants to go to UA, and I will make sure she is safe and make sure her dream comes true. Quirk or no quirk, anyone can become a hero if they set their mind to it, quirkless people may be seen as weak and worthless to some, but in reality they are some of the strongest. So many kids kill themselves for being quirkless and I’ve had to stop to many jumping off a roof, had to talk them down and bring them back to my apartment to stay the night, they are some of the strongest for staying alive and putting up with the bullying they get, and I respect them, that’s how I know Aoi will become a great pro hero. Because I know she has ambition and I know she can put her mind to whatever she wants”
Aizawa said with a smile, looking at Aoi for the most of it, she smiles up at him and tackle hugs him. The other 4 all jumping onto Shota as he falls back with 5 kids on him. The class watch in awe and listened to him about his talk about the quirkless, midoriya smiling and knowing scene if he hadn’t gotten all nights quirk, that Eraserhead would have encouraged him, which only gave him more ambition.
Class was dismissed for the rest of the day. 1A going back to their dorms and Shota taking the 5 kids and hizashi back to his dorm at the top of the 1A dorm building. Getting extra bedding for them set up in his more apartment like dorm room, hizashi fishing out extra clothes for the kids for over the next few days. Shota and hizashi actually had dinner with the class that night, for once at least.
They kids talking to the class and mineta finaly being expelled after Shota saw him eyeing up Aoi, kicking him out the dorms on the spot and telling him to go stay with 1B for the night, having his stuff moved out in the morning and he didn’t care what Nezu said, he wanted the pervert gone, he had enough of it. The girls of the class couldn’t have been happier.
Shota and hizashi marked work in the common rooms while 1A had a games night, the 5 kids all over Shota and hizashi, the 5 falling asleep on the pair of adults, both their uncle’s hair had been done with colourful hair clips and hair ties and in cute styles, neither seemed to mind and both enjoyed making the kids smile. The class seeing their normally grumpy and homeless looking homeroom teacher smile more in those few hours than they had seen the whole time they had known him. He didn't let them make fun of his cute hairstyle, saying he would never be embarrassed by anything those kids did with his hair.
He soon got the kids to bed and cuddles up with hizashi in his double bed. Both adults falling asleep pretty quickly. The 5 kids waking up at some point and crawling into bed with Shota and hizashi and were laying on top of the adults and stretched out. In the morning, Nemuri Kayama -Midnight- went to wake the pie to say she had clothes and that for the kids. Seeing the 2 adults and 5 kids all asleep together and smiling. Taking a picture for blackmail but showed 1A and the teachers anyway, Shota waking up at some point, it was Saturday so he could sleep in. He saw the kids sleeping with them and smiles, not daring to move and just went back to sleep after taking in the love he remembered he had for his family and how happy they made him.
