Summary
Jump City has banned superhero's and vigilantes will be arrested. Most of the Titans moved out Jump to move on and lead their own lives. However Raven stays behind to keep watch over the city. Life for Raven is hard not being able to use her powers and there is plentiful villain's in Jump whom would like revenge On any of the Titans for their many foiled plans. After getting in the way of the crime Lord- Red Hood's business she is put on his radar, Somehow they end up on the same side, and can't seem to stay out of each other's way.
