“This is supposed to be soothing, isn’t it?” Fox grumbles. He should find it soothing. The sun is shiny, ocean waves are lapping at his feet. Everything is very blue and peaceful. It’s quiet compared to Coruscant. There’s no Sith Lord in his head. He’s not part of the investigation into Palpatine’s death. He’s been sent off for rest and relaxation, with his boyfriend.
His boyfriend’s shirt lands on his head. Kit grins. “I think the word you’re looking for is distracting.”
“You’re always distracting.”
Kit laughs, before pulling him into the waves. Fox pulls him in for a kiss.
