Summary
Dazai Osamu is forced to move to a new city by his father in order to go to a more distinguished college and gear his studies toward taking over the family business; despite having been forced to help with some of the shadier aspects of that business for years. He chooses a shitty apartment, and is immediately taken in by the sight of his beautiful neighbor out smoking a cigarette in the middle of the night... only that neighbor turns out to be a lot more than what he bargained for.
