Summary
Kihyun is a pastor in a Korea at the dawn of being annexed by Japan, and the evangelical mission is particularly important to him in order to be able to help his fellows and participate in the modernization of the kingdom.
Im Changkyun is a shaman, rooted in Korean tradition. He lives alone, in a sanctuary he built in the middle of a forest, where he comes into perfect harmony with nature and the spirits of the dead.
Defying all the rules of their society, their destinies will soon cross and become one: one wonders if this is the will of God, the other wonders about the intervention of a celestial power.
