Yellow was a child of Mother Forest.
But all children of the forest, in Team Rocket's eyes, were up for grabs. She's no different. Yellow, along with others, will foster the future and legacy of Team Rocket. The stakes are high and the game is unfair, but that's how Giovanni's team likes it.
