A street rattata. Trash that most don't think deserves to be a part of society. Filth that doesn't have a chance of ever being useful for anything, and should go back to the abandoned, rotting shed that he calls home most nights.
No matter what he hopes for, or how often he daydreams about the what ifs where he gets a warm house to live in, enough food to live comfortably, or is even one of the lucky few who get to present as omega and gets everything handed to them on a silver platter, he knows it's nothing but that. A dream. Because he never has, and never will have that kind of luck. His entire life has proven that.
