Peter's leg hadn't healed as fast as he thought it would after the car crash. Instead he would have a cast for about three to five weeks.
His Aunt hadn't had it quite as easy as Peter did. She was stuck in a coma for the time being. But Peter would be perfectly fine.
Mr. Stark ended up offering for Peter to stay with him until May woke up. So Peter had been staying at the compound for the time being, and waited for his leg to heal and his Aunt to wake up.
Peter currently sat on Tony's personal couch, with his leg propped up and Star Wars playing in the background as he fiddled with an old camera.
The elevator behind Peter beeped, signaling that someone was coming to the floor. The brunette heard footsteps, then saw War Machine, also known as James 'Rhodey' Rhodes.
"Oh, hey!" Peter greated the man, then gave a small wave.
"Uhm, hi?" The man returned the greeting, albeit slightly doubtful.
"I'm sorry, but who are you?" The man asked.
"Oh, I'm Peter, Mr. Starks personal intern. And spiderman, but that isn't very important." Peter smirked at the man, then went back to fiddling with his piece of tech.
"Oh, ok. Wait what!? Your spiderman? And since when does Tony just have interns?" The man started yelling, and flailing his hands.
"I don't know man, but I can tell you this much: Mr. Stark inventing without coffee isn't pretty." Peter looked back up at the man.
"Oh trust me kid, I already know that." And then the man walked away.
