“Seriously, how did you get so big?”
“… W-what did you say that for?”
Okino huffed, his elbows resting on the table, his face between his own hands. Hijiyama stopped midway into the room, looking somewhat confused, like he’d done something wrong.
“It’s not like I’m jealous or anything. But we are both men, and you’re almost twice my size.” It was no secret that Okino didn’t care much for appearances, his messy hair and loosely fitting sweater a testament to that. “Ah well, I suppose you can’t beat genetic disposition.”
“… Do you want to get fit or something?” Hijiyama looked confused as ever, his expression somehow wandering around.
“I think I’ll pass on that. Would you like me better if I get fit? Well, maybe I can make an effort then~”
“I-I don’t care?” He blurted out as he looked at Okino, even more confused.
“Ah, I’m just messing with you a bit.” He stood up on his feet suddenly, his hands clapping on the table. “Come here a second, though.”
Hijiyama took a couple of steps forward, standing in front of Okino, his face somehow a mixture of confusion and embarrassment. “What is this about? H-hey, what are you doing?”
Okino’s reached out for the other, hugging him and bringing their bodies closer, his head resting on Hijiyama’s upper’s body.
“Hmm, this is the best~” He nodded as he spoke, somehow proud of himself. “Ah, your heart is beating so fast.”
Hijiyama didn’t say anything. Instead, he reached for Okino, hugging his shoulder back, though the difference in height made it easy for him to envelope the other. “… This is a bit silly. Why are we hugging in the living room?” He pouted but didn’t let go of the other.
