Summary
Dream initially read fan fiction written about him and George as a funny way to pass time during a sleepless night. It was funny, until he realized how good they were. Between his latest hobby and endless late night calls with George, he can't stop the flooding effect George begins to have on his life. Dream is lost in the wave George carries over into every inch of his being, from the radiance of a sunrise to the soft glow of a campfire. Wandering down an uncharted path, he seeks to find the answer that lies within his heart.
A content silence fills the space between them and Dream can picture it clearly: the outline of George’s slender body as he admires the soft palette sunrise with wide eyes, his radiance even challenging that of the morning light. Maybe George is the sunrise, maybe he is the light that marks a new day, a new start.
As the light begins to spread across Dream’s body, the moment is still and there is nothing else except the connection of Dream and George, distances apart, basking in the glow of the morning sun.
