BJ was a very important member in the Maitland-Deetz family. He made his best friend/sister Lydia smile whenever she came home from school upset because someone or a group of people at school were bullying her. He ocassionaly does chores around the house and helped with dinner which takes only a few minutes with his “juice.” He was a very special demon and the whole family started growing on him. Charles took a little longer though.
Well, who could blame him because he tried to marry his daughter and kill the family but after he came back, apologized and tried to make everyone happy, he slowly accepted him into the family. Even though he was very special didn’t mean that he didn’t get on their nerves.
He would go too far with his pranks like messing with Charles and Delia by rearranging their stuff, when he was bored he’d talk their ears off and when Lydia was busy doing homework he begged Lydia to hang out until she either complied or if she was in a bad mood she’d kick him out of her room. It got so bad that sometimes the whole family just tried to ignore him till he went away. BJ noticed this too but didn’t know how to fix his behavior. You see, BJ didn’t grow up in a happy family., He grew up with his abusive, alchoholic mother and he didn’t even know his father. His mother didn’t teach him about human behavior let alone manners.
He wondered that if he turned into someone with better manners than the family wouldn’t get annoyed with him almost every day.
He tried to teach himself how to say phrases like please and thank you and tried to limit how many pranks he pulled in a day but found it impossible because deep down he knew it was his personality to be an annoying prankster and there was nothing he could do to change that, right…”
