Summary
After wrapping on his assignment in Japan, Genji Shimada is transferred to Watchpoint: Los Angeles as the newest member of Overwatch's covert ops detail. Six thousand miles from the people he knows in Geneva, he must navigate unfamiliar surroundings, lingering hostilities born of the Omnic Crisis, and a coworker who won’t leave him alone.
Jesse McCree has been with Blackwatch for a couple years, but even the sharpest mission performances can't seem to overwrite the circumstances of his recruitment. L.A. is a shithole, Reyes won't get off his back, and Shimada keeps shutting down any attempt to get to know him.
As Overwatch begins to crumble, they may find themselves with more in common than they thought.
