"...Allison?" Chris asked with cautious hope. Her resolution broke, and the tears fell quickly.
"Dad, I woke up, and- and I was in the dark. Then I got out, but there was a grave. I remember. I know what happened, but Dad, I died. What's happening? Please... Dad, I'm scared," Allison cried. She could hear the shuffle on the other end of the phone. There was another voice in the background, but she couldn't tell who it was.
"You're... alive," Chris said in disbelief. "Allison, where are you?" He quickly steadied his reaction and focused on the danger that could be present.
