Chapter Text

Notes: This idea came out of the blue for I have never done a story that would have lots of magic in it and I mean lots so best look out plus don’t expect updates right away.

Disclaimer: Everything in these fandoms are properties of their original owners except the ocs for they belong to me.

Summary: The Rogues thought they knew everything about the Starks and Tony? Hah! boy were they wrong no one in the family were human to begin with. Maria Stark was a witch who attended Llvermony at eleven years old before graduating at the age of nineteen. Howard Stark was a Centaur who left his herd before World War II but despite his ahem mythical origins he still did everything from canon minus the whole search for Captain America, so the events of Captain America the First Avenger and Agent Carter went differently his marriage to Maria and Tony’s birth was a different story though he also survives his encounter with the Winter Soldier and is currently living peacefully with the lightfoot Family and Maria at his own residence in New Mushroomton in the United Realms awaiting their son’s arrival. Before he could settle down though Tony and his dad are sent on on a quest through the Magic realms and Manhattan in order to find a source of Magic capable of stopping an incoming threat.

General POV 

Tony sat on the floor while Sharon talked on the phone with one of her contacts on her phone. He waited, and waited until.

“Well?” He questioned as he waited for a response.

“You’re safe for now cuz my contacts and I are sending the rogues false leads while you’re allies along with Pepper are under Macusa’s protection no word on Scott Lang yet though other than him still being  under House arrest” Sharon told him.

Good now he won’t have to worry about Rogers and his ragtag group of criminals at least for now and he had to applaud Lang for leaving the group and he had a feeling Barton or Wilson would leave soon when the time is right, he then got off the floor to stretch his legs for a while then again he’s not human sooo. Yep, SHIELD the ones that thought they knew everything about him aside from Sharon, T’Challa, his parents, Peggy, Vision, Stephen Strange, Friday, the international federation of Wizards, the magical communities, Fury, and Macusa know nothing! He’s not human, he’s a fucking Centaur and a wizard for neither of his parents were human either, his mom was a witch and his dad was a centaur like him. Speaking of his dad, he dropped the illusion that made him appear human to everyone else revealing the man’s human half attached to a horse’s lower body with a brown coat while his clothes was changed to fit his equine form as he clopped over to Sharon good thing aunt Peggy and the rest of the Carter family were witches, squibs, and Wizards instead of normal muggles otherwise this would have ended badly for both of them given how strict magic laws were and the cameras in their current location were outdated and flawed for they haven’t worked in years since Project Rebirth and Erskine’s murder.

“Man it feels good to be back on my old legs, not that I didn’t like being human or anything but if I kept that Illusion up any longer then I would’ve forgotten what my heritage/inheritance was” Tony commented.

When he woke up from Siberia, he woke up back in New York, in the now abandoned Brooklyn facility that was once used by the SSR before it became Shield. With Sharon looking at him concerned. She told him that the rogues and Hill’s SHIELD were looking for him and to say he was surprised is an understatement a course they were looking for him, because without him the Rogues won’t be able to pay for their food, gadgets, equipment or anything without both his or his dad’s money to support them throughout the years even though they stole the equipment and gadgets from him first. Hill’s SHIELD is new but expected since Fury has gone off grid after the stunt Rogers pulled during his selfish quest to find Bucky Barnes AKA the Winter Soldier.

Honestly he should’ve hexed Rogers when he had the chance for the bastard was begging for it ever since 2012 and the Ultron incident and he was close to doing so in Siberia but T’Challa held him back before he could inflict any harm and reveal his secret to Rogers, Barnes, and Zemo which he was grateful for because he isn’t ready to reveal either of his heritages to the public or the others yet especially to Pepper, Rhodey, or Peter actually scrunch that last part for both Pepper and Rhodey already knew for they were his friends after all, as for Peter he’ll tell the kid when he’s ready.

“Understandable, but aside from that what are you going to do now?” Sharon asked as her cousin loomed over her.

“As of now I have to meet with my parents down in New Mushroomton for Dad and mom for something happened and he wants me present plus I need to visit some old friends” he told his cousin.

“Any Idea what it was that happened?” Carter questioned.

“I have a few theories but I'll keep them to myself for the time being” Tony continued.

Carter didn’t have to read her cousin’s mind to know where he was going with this for she knew what theories he was talking about for the Agent caught him looking through certain books at the library not to mention Pepper calling and telling her about what Tony has been doing since the Mandarin incident and before the whole Civil War crap started.

“Plus my old man  was pretty vague on the details ” the centaur/Wizard added.

“Then you should go to them, for I’m sure they would like know your experiences here, especially your old friends,” Sharon told him.

“What about you? I don’t want my cousin to end up a victim of Rogers delusions or mindraped by Maximoff” the ex avenger told her as he kneeled on his forelegs until they were at eye level with each other.

“Tony I appreciate your concern, but I’ll be fine plus my contacts and I alongside Phil and his team plus your allies and Macusa are the only ones who can keep the Rogues and Hill off your trail while you spend some quality time with your parents and old friends at least until Thor or Bruce returns from wherever they are or when Rogers'' and crew along with Hill is back on the Raft” Carter said as she hugged him.

Tony wrapped his arms around his cousin and returned the hug before separating from each other once they were done.

“Now go I’ll cover for you and tell you’re dad I said hi” the woman told him.

“I will now take care of yourself cousin and keep me updated, '' Stark spoke as he rose to his full height and towered over her again.

“Always” Sharon replied.

The Billionaire then opened a portal and turned to give his cousin one last long look only to find her already gone to carry out her plan to keep the Rogues and SHIELD off his trail no doubt.

“Alright Dad mom I’m on my way so sit tight”  he said before entering the Portal before it vanished leaving an empty facility.

Stark Residence  New Mushroomton

Howard walked through the house is, hooves clopping loudly on the wooden floors of his residence in New Mushroomton as news and footage of the Avengers civil war spreaded throughout the realms and worlds like wildfire with various folks ranging from humans, Wizards, Witches, squibs, myths, heroes, heroines, mutants, company’s, Gods, Goddesses, anti heroes, inhumans, and Spirits turned on Hill’s SHIELD and the Avengers that they even made the FBI’S most wanted list with the exceptions of Wanda Maximoff who is hereby blacklisted and wanted by the international federation of Wizards and the entirety of the magical communities around the world. And Scott Lang who willingly turned himself in after what happened in Leipzig/Halle Airport is currently under House Arrest while Bucky was granted Asylum in Wakanda by King T’Challa as they work to cure his triggers. Everyone else however including Rogers and Hill won’t be so lucky unless they decided to turn themselves in or resign.

“I haven’t seen the world in this much chaos and turmoil since the Global Wizarding War and the First Wizarding War” Maria Stark said as she appeared beside her husband and gave him a quick kiss on his cheek by getting on her tiptoes.

“You mean the wars where a certain manipulative old Wizard got some of our closest allies and friends killed just so he could be seen as everyone’s Hero like what Rogers and his rogues are doing now?” Howard asked once the kiss was done.

“The very same never thought I would be a part of it again” his wife told him.

Howard sighed and stood beside his wife then said.

“I warned them I really did, that’s why I never participated in the search for Captain America for bringing him back was a bad idea I knew it, Peggy knew it, Jarvis knew it, Colonel Philips knew it, hell even the Howling Commandos and Logan knew it and the Civil War confirmed our worst fears Steve abused his gifts and he would continue to do it until he’s captured and the serum is removed from his system permanently” the centaur said.

“And how do you plan on removing it from him when he is captured the man got SHIELD and the Avengers, at his command plus the man is clearly delusional” Maria spoke.

“You forget both me and Peg founded SHIELD  she even served as the Director a few years before passing the torch to Fury and before it became corrupt so I could close it down forever or whenever I want, as for Rogers and the Avengers I could care less about them as long their suffering the consequences of their actions plus as we speak Sharon and Phil is keeping them busy I also have a plan to put them out of business but I’m not ready to carry it out yet plus I always had a failsafe ready for cap in case he went rogue but I locked it up in a very special yet hidden but extremely secured location for I don't want to get involved in another Leviathan type situation” Stark stated.

“I imagine that Peggy would want to curse or put a bullet through Roger’s head once she learned what he did” Maria commented while looking up at her husband who nodded in agreement and made a mental note to visit Peggy's portrait later and tell her what happened since he left for New Mushroomton and about Steve's actions thus far.

Before anything else could be said a knock was heard at the front door.

“I better go get that for it’s probably Colt or the Lightfoot kids” Howard said as he moved away from his wife and trotted off to the front door to answer it. Upon reaching and opening the door it wasn’t either Lightfoot brother or Colt Bronco instead it was….

“Tony?” The centaur questioned.

“Hey dad miss me?” The engineer asked.

 “What do you think kiddo, come here and give your old man a hug” Howard told him with open arms. 

Tony does so and two centaurs remained in that position for remainder of the time before separating from each other then Howard spoke.

“Come on in son, your mother would be happy to see you again for she’s just up ahead” He told him.

“Well let’s not keep her waiting” the engineer replied as he entered the house while his dad closed the door behind him and guided him to Maria's location.

“So how are you and mom enjoying your time in New Mushroomton? I tried to contact you both but then Ultron and Civil War happened and none of you responded to my calls I even tried sending a Patronus to warn you of Maximoff for she blames you for her parent’s death when in reality that Nuke that killed them was a fluke made by Obbie plus we know who her real parents are” Tony stated.

“Your mother and I were visiting Norway for Queen Elsa’s coronation, it was eventful after that we had to make a few pit stops in the Demon Realm, Echo Creek, Burgess, Gravesfield, and the British Wizarding World so that’s probably why we haven’t been responding for we were traveling a lot and I think we got your Patronus when we were in London  for we were paying our respects to the Potters and those who died in the first Wizarding War  before checking on Lily’s 12 year old son Harry Potter. But aside from all that, we're actually enjoying our time here and it reminds me of Los Angeles and the residents are real diverse and nice as well, especially now that the pawnshop owner has been replaced with someone else” Howard explained.

“Is he alright?” The younger centaur pressed for it’s been awhile since his last trip to London.

“He’s fine for we took him away from his abusive relatives and moved him in with Ana and Peggy’s best  friend Angie Martinelli until his godfather is free from Azkaban plus has been cleared of all his crimes he also has been trying to contact you through owls since the Mandarin incident and the Ultron  incident not to mention he’s going to be thirteen years old soon so you should check on him and send a letter back to him later, but enough about that for now. What made you come here, son is it because of what happened in Siberia during the Civil War?” the older Centaur asked.

“That’s one reason while the other reason was that something happened and you contacted me about it and requested that I come in person be it in human form or centaur form” Tony told him.

“Ah right that thing" Howard replied.

“Yes the thing you mentioned in a letter it sounded important so care to explain it pops?” the ex avenger said.

“Gladly but let's wait till later and when everyone is present” the older centaur commented.

"Everyone?" Tony questioned.

"There's more stuff going on around the world son something big, so the Rogues and Hill's Shield are the least of our worries" the former head of Stark Industries answered as the two continued to Maria's location.

"How big are we talking here? like global big, interdimensional big, transdimensional big, apocalyptic big, astronomical big,multiversal, or magical big? " the younger playboy quizzed.

 "Worse a combination of Global, Magical, Multiversal, and apocalyptic" the man commented. 

"What?!" the ex avenger exclaimed.

"My reaction was the same as yours kiddo" the former owner of Stark Pictures responded.

"What is so disastrous that it was able to reach a global, multiversal, apocalyptic, and magical scale?" the younger centaur wondered.    

“It's complicated and more would be explained soon but as of now let's speak with your mother” Howard said as both centaurs reached Maria's location where the woman immediately greeted her stallion of a son.

"TONY!" the said woman greeted with tears of joy as she ran and hugged her son who in return kneeled on his forelegs accepting the hug while Howard looked on with a smile on his face.

"Hey mom" the billionaire greeted back as the Howard continued to smile.

' Oh Jarvis I wish you and Peggy were here to see the type of person Tony has grown to be you'll be so proud of him'  he thought as he joined in on the hug his family was here and that's all that matter at least for now for they still have much work to do including dealing with the Rogues and Rogers. 

As Tony was having his reunion with his parents, two familiar but ghostly figures was watching them reunite.

"We're already are Sir" the ghostly form of Jarvis spoke as Peggy's ghostly form appeared beside him.

"I must say Mr. Jarvis despite his flaws and hardships Tony has grown to be a great and remarkable plus intelligent and caring young man you raised him well all of you" Peggy pointed out.

"That we did Ms Carter of a course we can't forget yours and you're family's role either if you hadn't taught him how to control or use his magic before he was sent to either of the wizarding schools around the world then he would've  been completely  unprepared for the trials ahead" Jarvis told her.

"True but he still has a lot to learn given his dual heritages and Howard's secret abilities regarding his father’s Titan and Giant ancestry something I believe Tony has as well" The former Agent stated.

"Possibly but as of now let Master Stark and Mrs. Stark have this moment for they haven't seen young master Stark in years and when the time is right we'll tell them about these abilities and what they need to do" the butler said.

"Very well Mr. Jarvis we'll wait and let's just hope Rogers and the rogues haven't caught wind of Tony's location yet" Peggy agreed.

Endnotes

Props to anyone who could figure out what Tony’s Patronus is. Also let me clear some things up on what books, movies, and episodes that happened.

Pixar’s Onward happened exactly how it did.

So did Rise of the Guardians. During the final fight against Pitch, Tony was involved with the Mandarin and Thor with Malikith, so they weren’t able to help out. Rogers didn’t help because he was being selfish and abusing the serum in him by going after Bucky with Natasha leaving a rather high body count of SHIELD Agents in his wake Sharon never gave him his shield back some else did. Also The Malibu home was never destroyed by the Mandarin.

Frozen happened, but not in the way we remembered it. Elsa did have her coronation and her Ice powers were revealed but instead of Anna and Kristoff going after her Howard and Maria traveled to the North Mountain with the two which resulted in them revealing their own secrets, and there are some changes of course. Hans has fire powers and he didn’t come to Arendelle to overthrow Elsa and get a crown instead he came seeking answers on why he has the powers and the trolls helped him in anyway they could even put him through a variety of tasks and instead of meeting Anna during coronation Day he meets Elsa they don’t get along at first but they eventually warm up to each other especially since both harbor the elements of fire and Ice in their hands and instead of attempting to kill her like in canon he did something different. Frozen 2 hasn’t happened yet so that’s what this story/series would focus on but we won’t get too that till much much later.

The Owl House episodes Agony of a Witch and Young Blood, Old Souls has happened. And Skara has ended her friendship with Boscha after the events of Wing it like Witches mainly because she has grown sick and tired of her bullying even Howard and Maria didn’t like her so they had provided Luz and her friends some tips on how to deal with people like Boscha. As for Mr. and Mrs. Blight (Spoilers alert for those who hasn't seen Season 2 of the Owl House yet so read at your own risks) well I could tolerate Alador after his plus Odalia's official debut in the season 2 episode Escaping Expulsion he seems like an okay guy despite what happened in the season 1 episode Understanding Willow Alador seems far from abusive unlike his wife  and I like his personality (Just wish he would stand up to his wife though) even though it was unexpected even Dana said that's he one of her favorite characters. Now his wife Odalia on the other hand is my least favorite out of the Blight Family everyone else is alright though including Amity siblings and Amity herself. Another thing regarding Alador Blight in this universe/story he’s against Odalia’s abuse so he never forced Amity to be friends with Bosha (I’m a leave out Skara for she probably was forced to be friends with Bosha like Amity) so he’s going to be a good  parent.

The Sorcerer’s Apprentice happened but Dave still have his magic and Balthazar has directed him to Stephen Strange who is currently helping with his magic while Wong and a tutor were assisting them but unlike Balthazar’s training he’s free to come and go as he pleases so he could spend time with Becky and his parents but they warn him to watch out for Maximoff should he ever cross paths with them or vice versa he’s also seen as being good friends with Peter and his friends.

The Battle for Mewni episodes hasn’t happened yet, and Star did confess her feelings for Marco who in return didn’t get the chance to confess his own for her since he was dating Jackie at the time but their relationship was cut short when she loved him as a brother plus it’s possible that she already knew about Star’s feelings for Marco from the start given how shock she was when Marco admitted he had a crush on her.

The  first two Harry Potter films/books happened but Prisoner of Azkaban, Goblet of Fire, Order of the Phoenix, Half-Blood Prince, and Deathly Hallows hadn’t happen yet but like Frozen 2 this story/series focus on those books/movies but there would be changes and I’m not a big Hinny or Romione  fan so this story/series is not for fans of those ships I’m not a fan of Rita Skeeter, Fudge, Umbridge, the Dursley’s, or  canon Dumbledore either Jude Law’s portrayal of him was at least descent. Also I didn’t exactly like how Remus’s werewolf form looked Like so I took liberty In changing that.

10 months Later 

“Massive Protests have occurred once again throughout the nation, as the World continues to rage against the actions of Hill’s SHIELD and the Avengers, as the bodycount skyrockets. At this point, in life they are creating more and more damage than preventing it.” A male anchorman spoke.

“Yes Paul. It has been some crazy 10 months, since the Avengers Civil War. It has been 10 months since the world last seen Tony Stark. For those of you who need a trip down memory lane, let me remind you of everything that happened. Ten months ago, Tony Stark was granted permission from the Russian Government to enter their territory, to apprehend fugitives Steve Rogers and James Bucky Barnes. It was the last place anyone heard from him. No traces of the Iron Man pilot have been found in the past months. Little did we know things would all go downhill after that. Team Iron Man fell apart after Stark’s disappearance. Colonel Rhodes as we all know has been paralyzed from the waist down after his fall in Leipzig, the Vision retired from hero work and like his creator vanished from the World, although it is said that he has been constantly communicating with Stark Industries CEO Pepper Potts. Natasha Romanov betrayed her team by letting Steve Rogers go and joining them, King T’Challa of course returned to his country, and Spider Man went back to operating incognito. Add this to Thor returning to Asgard, and Dr. Banner going missing in 2015 after the Ultron incident, the avengers, the ones that still have the public’s trust and support are all gone.” Christine Everheart explained.

“Yes with no heroes to support the accords, the United Nations failed to make them official. The most they got was an agreement from the Black Panther that would always communicate and coordinate with law enforcement before acting. Yet the king refused to join the Avengers Initiative, wanting to focus more on his country. This I could understand, the man lost his father and some of his people in Lagos plus he’s still new to the crown, him taking his time is understandable. What happened next, I would never understand.” the anchorwoman stated.

“Yes, in July of 2016, the protests started, when mayor Allen stood at his podium, and welcomed the Rogues back in the states. This led to outrage both in the country and around the World. With the accords not being able to work, he clearly handed Steve Rogers a free pass once again. All the victims in Romania, Lagos, the Interpol facility in Berlin, and not to mention Colonel Rhodes and presumably Mr. Stark, got their justice. And to make matters worse, the mayor had President Elis reinstated the organization SHIELD, with Maria Hill serving as the Director due to the absence of the original Director Nick Fury, giving Hill all of her power back. The mayor’s explanation was that they needed to protect their state and the President’s country, plus they were the only heroes left. Even though there were others around, so it’s no surprise that he lost the mayoral election to the extreme after what he did, but the damage has been done.” Paul said.

“For 10 months, the Avengers and SHIELD have continuously run missions across the globe, leading to destruction and deaths, more than the villains they are supposed to be fighting. It should be known that one of the people that followed Steve Rogers, the unidentified Ant Man, didn’t go back to the team, and left for his home. He had been the only one that apologized for his actions, we also heard rumors that Hawkeye and Falcon are considering turning themselves in, while the others would continue to ignore their actions.“  Christine said.

“Despite many governments filing them for civil lawsuits, and trying to prosecute them. They still operate like they always have, and ignore all of the problems that they are creating. I still remember that video that Rogers made, thanking the people for realizing that he only wanted to protect them, and that he would always be there for them. That video has broken the record for having the most dislikes and less views in a YouTube video in history. Yet the man is still oblivious to all this thinking it’s just a temporary thing.” Paul said before continuing.

“You know Christine. I wonder why the mayor didn't try with the other heroes. Why didn’t he try contacting Captain Marvel, the Fantastic 4, or Coulson’s team? They have saved a lot of people with less damage. Captain Marvel has saved earth back in the 1900s, the Fantastic 4 stopped Doctor Doom more times than I can count, and Coulson’s team with assistance from former SSR Chief Daniel Sousa who is well known for working with Peggy Carter in the past after Steve Roger’s plunged in the ocean back during World War II has did a better job protecting the citizens then Rogers and SHIELD. Why didn’t he go to them” He continued.

“Because he’s a Captain America fanboy , and didn’t know how to hide it. I’m glad it came back to bite him in the ass, and I hope the same would happen to the so-called heroes. Ever since the Avengers caused casualties at a memorial service in San Francisco, the earthquake capital of the World, one of the residents started an anti Avengers movement, the protests against them have grown bigger and bigger. And the way Hill’s SHIELD is doing things is not helping them” Everheart spoke.

“Christine I must ask. You have been covering superheroes since Mr. Stark announced himself as Iron Man. Why is this happening now?” Paul asked.

“That’s easy. There is no Iron Man. Iron man made sure to have a link towards the people, a link that Captain America doesn’t care about. Tony, wherever you are. I know you and I haven’t gotten along very well, but I have to be honest. We need you, the world needs you. And I join the world in asking. Where are you Tony?” Christine said.Jamie sighed and turned off the Television.

“I haven’t seen you this upset when your friends started to doubt the existence of us” Jack said as the shepherd's staff rested on his shoulder.

“That was different Jack, this stuff going on now is nothing like Pitch getting us to stop believing in you and the guardians back then” the boy told him. 

“Don’t worry Jamie, The guardians and I are doing all we can to find Tony Stark, for like everyone else around the world we have grown quite fond of him” Frost told him.

“But he’s an adult now, and if what North told me is true, once my friends and I are adults we… would stop believing in you guys and forget all about you and we can’t see you anymore. I don’t want that to happen to me and my friends!” Jamie exclaimed.

“True but I know you Jamie, you’re not someone who easily gives up or stops believing in things, as proven doing Easter and when everyone else stopped believing due to Pitch, if I hadn’t shown up in time to get you to believe in the other guardians myself included then you would’ve ended like Pippa, Caleb, Monty, Cupcake, Claude, and the rest of the kids” the guardian told him joining the kid’s side.

“You think so?” Bennett asked.

“I know so” Jack replied with a smile. 

Jamie smiled back but Jack wasn’t done yet.

“You're a true believer and I’m sure everyone would agree for you're the only one who didn’t stop believing and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise, not even people like Rogers and his band of thugs,” he continued.

“Thanks Jack” Jamie thanked him.

“No problem, now regarding Tony Stark, he may be an adult, but I let you in a little secret, he could see the guardians and me, both him and his parents” he told him.

Jamie gasped at that.

“They could how?” He asked.

“North says it’s because they’re different from the others, he even met them a couple of times during their runs around the world, Aster, Sandy, and Tooth even encountered them a few times” Frost stated.

“What about you? Have you encountered or met one of them” Bennett prompted.

“I met Tony in Malibu one time when he was recovering from an incident regarding the Mandarin and he was nice guy and very good kids, hence why we have grown fond of him. He even protected and helped some kids” the white haired teen said.

“You think my friends and I would be able to meet them sometime?” Jamie asked.

“I’ll let fate decide for you on that but who knows” Jack told him as the northern lights appeared in the sky.

“Looks like the others got a break in the search, I’ll see you around  Jamie” Frost continued before heading for the window and letting the wind guide him to North’s workshop.

“Bye Jack” Jamie called out as the guardian of Fun flew off.

“Jack!” Toothiana shouted embracing then kissing her boyfriend.

Jack  couldn’t help but blushed a little bit.

“Get a room you two  I don’t want to bloody see that” Aster spoke.

“No can do Easter Kangaroo, you should’ve thought about that when you caught us in Paris the other day” Frost told him.

“You're never going to let me live that down are you?” Bunnymund asked.

“Nope” the white haired teen said with a mischievous smile.

“Alright that’s enough, we need to get down to business” North spoke.

“Agreed, so what have you guys learned so far?” Jack asked.

“It wasn’t easy, but we managed to get some leads through the kids and people that Tony met and looked after when he wasn't busy being Iron Man or helping his ex with his father’s company” Aster said.

“After Siberia, his cousin Sharon rescued  him and brought him back to New York to the abandoned SSR Facility where project rebirth started, before the Rogues and Hill’s SHIELD did, apparently they’re after him, and Ms Carter wasn’t going to let that happen so she’s sending them false leads on his location” Tooth told him.

“And what of Anthony?” North asked.

“We knew him and his family was special from the start  since they were able to see us, we just didn’t know how special and I don’t mean Tony’s Superhero alter ego as Iron Man” Aster said as Sandy used his dreamsand to form a shape that resembles Tony or some version of him.

Jack examine the shape before him and something clicked in his mind as he remembered encountering this version of Tony a few years back.

“So he’s not human?” He asked.

“No one in his family was Jack, his mother and aunt were witches like Lily Evans from London, while his dad was a centaur who left his herd before WWII he’s also older than all of us combined maybe even older than Rogers or the Asgardians. And young Anthony inherited both his mother’s magic and father’s Centaur body” The guardian of Wonder explained.

“That would explain somethings, but what does this have to do with him vanishing from the world 10 months  after the so-called Civil War?” Frost questioned.

“I’m getting to that mate, now after his parents survived their encounter with the Winter Soldier back in 1991 and returned from  wherever they were supposed to go before the attack, the couple took matters into their own hands and decided to move someplace off of Hydra’s radar, which lead them to heading for a place known as New Mushroomton now apart the United Realms but they promised to check in and visit Tony, plus if I’m right that’s where Stark would be since his family is there for that seems to be only place he’ll escape to so he could avoid Rogers and Hill’s radar, now I’m not saying we go in guns blazing or anything that would make us no worse than Rogers and his group of criminals” Bunnymund explained.

“So head to the United Realms and bring him back?” Jack spoke.

“No we’re just going to check in on them and see how they’re doing and fill them in on everything that has happened since they left, for I doubt Tony wants to return” Tooth said.

“Especially with Hill and Rogers looking for him” North  added.

“Fair point and speaking of Rogers and his group, if they catch wind of this, they won’t stop at nothing to bring Tony back even if it means kidnapping him or forcing a Wizard/witch to transport them there to get him” the guardian of fun said.

“Let them try cause all there going to get is a bunch of spells, hexes and curses plus mythical beings and creatures thrown their way” Aster replied. 

“Well then let’s get started then” Jack said.

End Notes: For those of you who don’t know Mayor Allen is one of the mayors from the comics, he first appeared in All Select comics # 1 of Marvel 616 I figured he would be a fan or old friend of cap after he saved him from Vulture (Not the one from Spider Man this is an alternate version) Anyways next chapter you better prepare yourself cause we see Team Captain America with their egos and delusions as they continue to cause damage, they  also encounter someone from Peggy’s and Howard’s past and she has somethings to Rogers.

Chapter Text

Steve took cover behind a wall.

“Sam, Sam do you copy?” He asked.

“I’m engaging the enemy Rogers, but her skills…” Wilson was cut off.

“Sam, Sam? Sam what’s happening?” Steve asked.

“We lost his com Cap, and Clint refuses to participate ,” Natasha said.

“Damn it. Wanda we could use your help here” the avenger said.

“This woman fights like Natasha Steve and my powers have no effect on her!” Wanda spoke.

“Damn it” Rogers cursed. This was supposed to be a simple mission, capture and contain the criminal and that’s it. How is it going wrong?

“Cap behind you !” Natasha spoke again.

Steve turned around only to have his head smashed by the blunt end of a gun.

“Ahh!” He yelled as he was sent flying from the hit.

Steve saw his attacker. It was a short woman with blonde hair dyed brown, blue eyes, fair skin and was wearing a black jacket with two buttons and red lining.

“So you’re the famous Captain America I heard so much about. I expected more from Peggy’s ex and Howard’s former friend” she said.

“You knew Peggy and Howard?” Rogers asked.

“Oh yes we go way back, such a shame that you didn’t live long enough to see the life they had when you were on ice, then again, they were better off without you and so was everyone else, but here you are back in world and a wanted criminal just like me and the rest of your team including that girl and friend you keep protecting while trying to win back the public’s trust when they want absolutely nothing to do with you” the woman said.

“What do you mean ?”  Rogers asked hoping he could get the woman talking and use it as an advantage to  catch her off guard.

“You don’t know? She countered.

Steve just stared at her  blankly.

“Of course you don’t, typical SHIELD” the woman said with a roll of her eyes before kicking him on the ground and pinned the super Soldier down.

“You see when the SSR was searching for you back in March 1945 after you crashed the Valkyrie  into the Arctic, everyone participated in the search for you, all except Peggy, the Howling Commandos,  and Howard” she told him in her sickly cheerful voice.

“What?!” Steve couldn’t believe what he just heard, the Howling Commandos, the ones that fought side by side with Bucky and himself didn’t help the SSR search for him and neither did Howard or Peggy, surely this had to be a lie or something.

“You’re lying, the Howard and Peggy I knew would never do that same applies to the Howling Commandos they helped. I just know it” Rogers said.

The woman just laughed at that comment.

“You really are delusional, they never participated in the search because they knew bringing you back would be a bad idea and Howard knew you would abuse the Super Soldier Serum in you someday. Which was proven true when you first woke up from the ice, second time was during the Battle for New York, third time was doing your search for the Winter Soldier, fourth time was doing the Ultron incident, and last was doing Civil War and Siberia” she explained.

“That’s a lie! I was only trying to protect people!” Steve said.

“More like protecting yourself and your ego, Erskine is probably rolling around in his grave for picking the wrong participant for project Rebirth and I bet he regrets not listening to Howard and Peggy’s warnings before Howard’s disappearance and Peggy’s death” the woman continued.

“Howard’s alive?” The super soldier questioned forgetting what he was planning to do.

“Along with Mrs. Stark, but unlike Zemo only their son and I alongside Howard and Mrs. Stark plus Peggy and Barnes know what really happened that day in Long Island” the woman said before punching him  a couple of times then she took off running before the  other Avengers or authorities showed up.

Steve watched the woman leave and sighed as he got up.

“Is everyone okay?” He asked.

“Peachy” Wanda grumbled as she met up with the others.

“Who the hell was that and how could she fight like you?” Sam asked Romanov.

“Dottie Underwood, one of the Red Room’s earlier Black Widows before I was even born, she was also a member of Leviathan before the SSR took it down it’s leader in the 1940s, with assistance from Peggy Carter, Edwin Jarvis, and Howard Stark. Who was at that time framed by the government for selling his inventions on the black market, before he was cleared of all charges and before you say anything Maximoff, Howard was before your time so don’t say a damn word” Natasha answered while Wanda immediately closed her mouth.

“Did you at least manage to land a hit on her Rogers while you two were talking?” Wilson asked coldly.

Steve was surprised by the coldness in Sam’s question and the use of his last name instead of Cap or Steve. What did he do to receive it?

“No, but she did  tell me some things, some I don’t even believe,” Cap replied.

“I heard the conversation between you two, and frankly I agree with everything she said  about you Rogers, because thanks to you and your ego/delusions Laura is threatening to divorce me and to take away the kids, not only that you had to bring a hydra agent with us” Clint said angrily.

“Wanda is just a kid she couldn’t help herself” Steve said trying to defend Maximoff.

“Bullshit Rogers she’s not a kid! She’s the 25 year old daughter of Magneto and  she controls minds your just his replacement until he surfaces so stop treating her like your own, or so help me I would go to the nearest Auror and turn her in so Masuca can take her to Azkaban” Hawkeye continued.

“Calm down Clint, you’re not thinking straight” Natasha said trying to reason with her friend.

“Put a pin in it Nat, you’re just as bad as them, what the hell were you thinking when you did that info dump? Were you trying to get me and everyone  else killed? If so then you’re not  the friend I thought you were so consider our friendship over until you learn to get a fucking conscious!” Barton told his now ex  friend who looked shocked and hurt by his words but couldn’t show it.

“What are you saying? Steve asked.

“I’m saying I’m done Rogers! I’m turning myself in, because I have had it with your lies, delusions and ego, I’ll even go back to the raft if I have to. And you want to know what else? Tony may not have been perfect, but at least he cared for people and children alike including people like him he never ruined my life either! unlike you assholes and if he ever returns from wherever he is, I hope he tramples you to death” Clint told them before walking away ignoring the calls of his former teammates excluding Sam.

“He’s right you know,” Sam said, surprising the others.

“Sam I…” Steve tried to speak but Sam cut him off.

“Save it Rogers, you’re no better than the villains and death eaters around the globe, choosing friends over the lives of thousands of others and for what all because of some documents, I admit I was against them myself, but that was before I realized your true intentions. For you don’t care for no one but yourself and fame, plus merchandise and thanks to your recklessness lies plus delusions/ego many men, women, children, pets, mythical beings are either dead or injured and it’s all your fault! Even Barnes would agree with me if he was here and not in Wakanda and Stark saved my life once when I was a kid so if he ever shows up, just wait till what he has in store for you three Hill included for I seen him do things without his armor or robots or Friday/Jarvis or inventions backing him up things no ordinary person could do and I don’t mean mutant or inhuman powers” Wilson said before he too left to catch up with Clint.

Steve couldn’t believe what was happening, both Sam and Clint had left the team and were turning themselves in. He saved them from the Raft and the accords and they treat him like a common criminal instead of a teammate or leader. How could they do that to him and their family. Not only that Bucky, Tony, and Peggy were keeping secrets from him both regarding the fates of Howard and Maria why? He needed answers and he knows how to get them by speaking with this Dottie person and hopefully Bucky and Tony wherever he is. Also why were Sam and Clint speaking so cryptically? Trampled? Powers that don't require Tony’s armor, inventions, Jarvis, Friday, or his robots? And the powers aren’t either mutant or Inhuman do they know something that neither him, SHIELD, or Natasha don’t? So many questions.

“Cap we need to go before the owner shows up and chews our butts out for the damages” Natasha spoke bringing Steve out of his thoughts.

The super soldier nodded while the three remaining avengers headed for the quinjet to return to the compound. As they walked off former SSR Chief Daniel Sousa came out having to hear all commotion that had transpired and frankly he was shocked, not only has Dottie resurfaced after all these years since Peggy and him last saw her back in 1947,when she was tasked in receiving  a blood sample from Whitney Frost for Jason Wikes. But both Barton and Wilson had decided to leave Rogers early then he anticipated this is an unexpected turn of events.

On the brightside though it means less work so now they only have to deal with Rogers, Maximoff, Hill, and Romanov.

“Got all of that Skye?” He spoke.

“Yep I’ll send this info to Pepper and the others right away, while you notify the owner of everything that happened, Rogers and his thugs will face justice one way or another” Skye also known as Quake said as she revealed herself from her own hiding spot.

“And what of Stark and Dottie?” Sousa continued.

“Sharon said Tony is somewhere safe that not even Hill or the rogues know about it. As for Dottie, I know you and Peggy had a history with her but she isn’t here to help us, the only connection we have to her is Sharon herself and her portrait which I heard was  given as a gift to The Starks from Lily Evans Potter who was an old friend of Peggy before her death. But don’t worry we’ll get  her to sooner or later” his girlfriend told him.

“Hopefully because she’s not very easy to catch for she has escaped capture more times than I could count” Daniel admitted.

Upon returning to the compound, the avengers hoped they could just rest and try again tomorrow and forget everything that happened when they were going against Dottie, but what they got was much worse. There surrounding the compound was a dozen or so SHIELD Agents ranging from men, women, interns, mythical beings, young adults, Wizards, witches, and squibs, all wearing  the traditional SHIELD uniform and to top it all off a male SHIELD agent of Irish ethnicity was leading them giving the impression that it wasn’t one of Hill’s or their owns but someone else’s .

“Hold it right there Rogers” the agent said and had what Natasha assumed was an Irish accent.

“What is this?” Steve asked.

“Payback Mr. Rogers, you and your so called team along with Director Hill has officially been banned from ever stepping foot in the compound or any of Mr. Starks properties and should you try to sneak in or trespass on either site, you would immediately be escorted to the nearest prison or the Raft no excuses, no exceptions, no gear. and no way to contact your teammates” a  familiar voice said revealing to be the CEO of Stark Industries and Tony’s ex Pepper Potts.

“You can’t do that! This is our home and we did nothing to it” Rogers said, offended.

“No it’s Mr. Stark’s property and he could do whatever he wants with it, and now it would be the home of a new team of heroes that would be moving in soon even the President and Mayor Stan Lee has agreed with this for you guys are far too dangerous and unstable” Pepper told them.

“So you’re just going to throw us out on the streets, how are we going to survive?!” Wanda shrieked.

“Ye got places of your own don’t ya? Use them or get a job like the rest of us fer  the Starks aren’t going to be providing money to you anymore since you stole tech from them, and don’t expect Pym Industries, Rand Enterprises, or the Roxxon Corporation to help you either for none of the companies around the world want anything to do with you not even the mob leaders like Joseph Manfredi would help since him and Howard are childhood friends and had met his son and wife on certain occasions”  the Agent spoke.

Steve couldn’t believe this, first they lost Clint and Sam, now they were losing the compound. Not only that every single company hates them, he just can’t understand why all this is happening. He saved them from the accords and yet they still see them as criminals and continue to side with the government and Tony.

“Does Tony know about this?” Granted he hasn’t been seen in the past ten months but there’s no way he would approve of this they’re his family after all.

“Why would you care?” Potts countered coldly.

“Because we’re his family and he wouldn’t approve of this,” Cap said.

“Family? I can’t speak fer Stark but get this through that delusional skull of yours, you’re not his family you never was and you never will be your just a wee bunch of thieves, criminals, outlaws, thugs, crooks, and brutes with big egos that could be seen from fecking Pluto and other dimensions, you never think before you act, and not to mention you always rely on Tony to do everything fer you like your personal slave or butler and not once had you ever thanked or helped him not even when he took on the Mandarin, the only ones that did thanked plus helped or at least tried to were Bruce, Thor, Barton, his cousin, Rhodey, Fury, Colson, his parents, his aunt, Ms. Potts, Macusa, Dr. Strange, the President, Hank Pym, and a bunch of others including some old friends, and neither of them treated him like a damn slave or butler or stole from him instead they treated him like a person and a friend that’s what a true family plus real friends do, unlike you to you he’s just a scapegoat, egotistical, untrustworthy, a beast that needs to be put down or locked up, you’re personal bank/caretaker/health provider, and a murderer. When in reality you’re the egotistical murderers who are deemed untrustworthy and the beasts that need to be put down” the Irishman accused.

Steve was shocked at the amount of people listed, especially Clint no wonder why he was so angry at them when he learned what happened in Siberia and when Tony told him that Wanda attempted to get inside his head so he could activate Ultron last year only for it to backfire on her, he never knew they were good friends. Plus Tony didn’t see them as family or even friends for the matter after everything they’ve been through surely this has to be some trick or lie.

“If there's nothing else Mr. Rogers we’re done here, get them out of here, I got more important matters to attend to but watch out for Maximoff, if what Mr. Stark and Barton said is true then she’s a bigger threat than Ultron and the Mandarin combined” Pepper told the Irishman and his agents.

“Yes Ms. Potts and I’ll make sure to tell our boss that you said hi” one of the agents spoke.

The CEO nodded and walked off.

“Wait Tony is here?” Steve called out.

“He was but it was a brief visit and he wasn’t alone some others were with him and that’s all you’re going to get out of me now goodbye Mr. Rogers” Potts said as she resumed walking.

Before Rogers could call out again three agents dragged his teammates  and himself off the compound’s premises and as they were being dragged away Steve was thinking of ways to confront Tony should he stop by again and these others Pepper mentioned sounds suspicious, forget answers finding Tony would be his top priority and he doesn’t care what the Irish Agent or Dottie told him they are heroes and everyone would see that they would all see.
