Summary
Without the light, there would not be the dark. Without Batman, there would not be The Joker. For years the pair have battled, putting on a little dance with Gotham as their lively audience. It seems like things with never change between the rivals; however, the rise of a faceless organization looms over the horizon and threatens to destroy what Batman and Joker have. Batman starts to realize that Joker is much more than an enemy to him when their relationship is put into jeopardy. Meanwhile, Dr. Nuan Barron, an eccentric outsider, pops up in Arkham Asylum as its latest psychologist with bright eyes and sunny optimism. The more time she spends in Gotham, the more she realizes that she holds the power to change the city. Through determination and pure luck, she starts to help the patients within Arkham and Gotham's greatest rivals.
