Btw: Itallics mean he’s thinking, In quotations is someone talking, and everything else is mostly third person unless I make a mistake (lol). Hope you enjoy!

Chapter 1: Tired

Chapter Text

It was a normal day for Izuku. he was walking down the street, heading to Aldera Middle School, trying to avoid his bullies. Of course, it didn’t work, but he was so hollow that he honestly couldn’t care less. When he got to the classroom, he found yet another Red Spider Lily laying on his desk. Great, he thought. Another flower to take care of. Despite the message the flowers send, Izuku always took the flowers home to care for them. Someone bought them, and he wasn’t willing to let that persons money and effort go to waste. “Hey, nerd, why do you always keep those flowers! Fingers and I put them there to show much we hate you, not for you to collect them as if they’re all might figures!” Izuku put the flower in his water bottle and then gave Kacchan an empty smile. “Even if they’re different, I still love them. Not to mention, someone had to have paid for them.”, he said.

After school, Izuku added his new flower to a vase full of the spider lilies. He had a bouquet of them now, he’d been collecting them since they started popping up a month ago, so he had plenty. “Hey, Zuku, how was your day?”, he heard his mother say. He stayed silent. There was a question he wanted to ask, but he didn’t want to concern her. Then again, he had to know. Screw it

”Hey mom, what was the biggest mistake in your life?”.

”I’m honestly not sure, Zuku, why do you ask?”.

”Oh, nothing”, I just wanna know if I’m your biggest mistake, but it’s not like I can just say that.

Suddenly, there was a knock on the door. I don’t think mom was expecting visitors, and I don’t remember ordering anything from Etsy, what could this be? Then, he heard a gasp. He walked over to where his mom was, answering the door, and saw someone in the doorway.

“Hisashi?!”, Inko exclaimed.
