   Summary

   Please note, Chapter 1: "The Flashback" will be continuously updated in particular as I am trying to do an alternate interpretation of how Dan met Chris as well as describe the events that unfolded afterwards.

   What if Elise and Chris never actually got married? How would this change Dan? Only one way to find out. (This is also my first fanfic, so here we go!)

   I’m sorry if my style of writing is a bit strange. I didn’t fully commit to a perspective that I wanted, which resulted in this hybrid of third-person dialogue and exposition with first-person opinions and thoughts.

   (I also changed the ages slightly on the characters because supposedly, Chris is 26 in season 1, yet Dan is 36. So I figured both of them were supposed to be in their mid-20s in the show, and that’s what I’m rolling with in this case as well.)

   (Also, I DO NOT OWN ANY OF THESE CHARACTERS. THE CHARACTERS OF DAN VS. ALL BELONG TO DAN MANDEL AND CHRIS PEARSON.)
