“You’re so gloomy” Venti giggles, intertwining his fingers around Xiao, hugging him from behind. “It’s such a beautiful night and you’re here all alone! Good thing I stopped by huh?”
“And you brought wine with you”
“And I brought wine with me! Cmon liven up a little will you?”
Venti drags Xiao to sit down with him on the patio, telling him about his day even though he didn’t ask about it. By the way, he was talking too fast and loosely, Xiao would bet that he’s had at least 3 bottles.
“Traveller came by too! He was doing another quest like usual, poor thing, filled with bruises. Maybe I should accompany him some time to lend him and his party a hand. Also did-“
“Venti”
“Yes, Xiao?” Venti almost sang, sweetly smiling at the man.
The green highlights of his hair glowed in the night, it beckoned Xiao to touch one of his braids. He’s seen it undone before. He doesn’t know if he likes one or the other better. As long as it’s Venti, Xiao thought. As long as it’s Venti.
“Xiao?” Venti chuckles, drunk of course. “Xiaoooo”
Xiao leans in to kiss Venti. It was meant to be chaste, but Venti surged forward to make it last longer.
“You taste like wine” Xiao complains.
For once, Venti doesn’t comment and laughs. Kissing him again.
