Neutral Territory is a section of what was once the United States Midwest, dedicated to a life without the newest gadgets and gizmos. It stays out of world affairs as long as world affairs don’t meddle with them, because you don’t want them as your enemy.
However, when a long dead experimental piece of weaponry pings satellite equipment, both Talon and Overwatch are sent to retrieve it, without disturbing the peace.
Because once Neutral Territory joins the war? It’s over for both of them.
