Chapter Text
“Oh, Mr. Bakugou, you made it! It’s so wonderful to finally get to meet you!”
The blonde in question, one Katsuki Bakugou, looked the sickeningly sweet woman in front of him up and down, biting his tongue in an effort to keep himself from making a rude comment.
“You’ve been on the list for months but we’ve never seen you for any of the classes,” the woman continued. “We were starting to think that you weren’t going to come at all!”
“Yeah, well, I’m here, aren’t I? Don’t make a big deal out of it,” Bakugou huffed, very much aware that all eyes in the room were on him.
“Are you all alone today or will your husband be attending too?”
“I don’t have a husband.”
“Oh! Well that’s not a problem,” the woman beamed. “Your boyfriend is more than welcome to attend as well - we don’t have anything against unwed couples, don’t worry.”
“I don’t have a boyfriend, either.”
“O-oh…”
“Yup, just me. Can we get this over with?”
“Of course,” the woman smiled, though this was far less cheerful than previous. “You can partner up with Mr. Kirishima on the far end, there. He’s here on his own as well.”
Bakugou turned his attention to where the woman pointed, taking in the sight of a young man about his age who was sitting on the floor amongst the other couples. He was leaning back on strong arms, chatting easily with a man and woman who were beside him, the three clearly friends of some sort. At the sound of his name, the young man turned his head towards the woman and Bakugou, smiling brightly and putting a set of very sharp looking teeth on display.
“Hi!” he greeted Bakugou as the blonde made his way over, sitting up properly to offer out a hand once Bakugou was close enough. “Eijiro Kirishima!”
“Mhm, I heard,” Bakugou sighed, carefully sinking down to his knees and then turning over to settle on his backside with a soft groan. In a move similar to that of Kirishima, Bakugou let himself lean back on one arm, while his other hand slid down over his bulging stomach, soothing the growing child within him.
Thankfully he didn’t seem to recognize anyone in the class, though that was why he had chosen a class well outside his usual neighborhoods, and why he had taken so long to actually attend - he couldn’t imagine what his fans would say if they knew he was pregnant.
The last things his fans knew was that he was engaged, and he had never told them different.
“So,” he decided to throw caution to the wind. “Did your man tell you he wanted nothing to do with having kids with you and run off with a chick, too?”
Kirishima’s eyebrows shot up, red eyes widening as he took in what Bakugou had said.
“Well, no…” he responded carefully, curiosity spiking, but also somewhat nervous about the blonde he had been paired up with. “I’m doing this on my own, willingly.”
“Willingly?” Bakugou frowned, taking in Kirishima’s large stomach.
“Oh totally!” Kirishima’s smile returned and he patted his belly with both hands. “I’ve always wanted kids and I wasn’t going to wait around to MAYBE find the right guy. My best friend was happy to donate sperm and, well, now I’m packing triplets!”
Had Bakugou been drinking something he would have absolutely spit it out, shocked at so many different things, but before he could ask more questions, the prenatal class was beginning. It was time to learn the same things he could have learned online - the development of his baby, nutrition, birthing options, and more - but in a group format that was designed to help new parents make friends with other parents.
Fuck being social, Bakugou just wanted to get back to his life before all of this happened, back to being a full time streamer. Back to when he was happy. Back to…
Well, no. Not back to him. Not a chance in hell.
Bakugou was going to get back to his old life, sans the man who had thrown him aside like trash, all because the blonde had been hit with a male pregnancy quirk. He would be happy again, and he would raise the best damn child ever, no lover needed.

“Thank fuck that’s over,” Bakugou muttered, accepting a hand from Kirishima, the larger male pulling him off the floor with surprising ease.
“You didn’t have fun?”
“Fuck no,” he said, ignoring the way the woman who had led the class was glancing in his direction. “I only came because my doctor is worried about me and I wanted her to stop pushing this thing on me.”
“Well, I’m glad you came, Bakugou,” Kirishima smiled.
“What? Why?”
“Why not? I like meeting new people, and it’s nice having someone in this class who is single too, yanno?” The man with the long, bright red hair (with a surprisingly dark undercut) shrugged his shoulders.
“You choose to be single,” Bakugou pointed out.
“Yeah, and? I’m happy to raise my babies on my own, but having friends is always a good thing. Especially ones who understand what I’m going through.”
When Bakugou looked at him with confusion, Kirishima flicked his wrist a little, dismissing the conversation as he turned to head out of the room the class had met in.
“Don’t worry about it, dude. Have a nice day, yeah? Good luck with your kiddo.”
He hadn’t been expecting Kirishima to just walk away like that, Bakugou standing in the middle of the now empty room, gaping a little. Usually he was the one who walked away when a conversation became tedious, but this time he was the one watching someone walk away and it was so incredibly foreign to him.
