Summary
Two things are different in this world.
The first is that Dream resurrects Wilbur without needing Ghostbur right there and does it right after resurrecting Tommy.
The second is that Wilbur has thought over many things in ten long years of darkness, and on the dawn of his first sunrise, he makes a promise to make up for the unspeakable horrors done onto the children of this hellscape of a server. But first, he needs to see how much the server has changed in his (ten) one-year absence. Some things are happy. Some things are not.
