Some facts about the Selection :
- The "I passed the Selection the year before which didn't have a lot of deahts because of my presence, also I forbade my little brother/sister to become a slayer because I refuse to lose him/her" squad : Aoi, Yuichiro
- The "I got the permission to go to the Selection but it won't stop my formator to stress over it" squad : Nezuko, Zenitsu, Satsuki, Genya
- The "I'm strong enough to pass the Selection without problem but I got an overprotective sibling, so I decided to come without permission. They're going to anguish over it and I feel a little guilty but they didn't leave me much choice" squad : Makomo, Muichiro, Senjuro
- The "I wasn't aware I needed a permission to go to the Selection because I didn't listen to my formator. I'm going to be hella punished when I came back, shit" squad : Inosuke
- The Selection is so easy for those born with the mark that it is frustrating; Zenitsu was so bored that he fell asleep suddenly in the middle of a fight, it panicked Nezuko who thought he had passed out and hit him to wake him up. The bruise she left on his back is the only one he got from the whole Selection.
- The Demon Hand targeted Satsuki on the second day because of the fox mask Urokodaki gave her, she defeated him within minutes without a single scratch.
Satsuki's mask has eyes painted purple and has a wave pattern on the left cheek, half of a water lily near the right ear. - Inosuke is the one who killed the most demons during Selection, followed closely by Genya.
- With so many mark-borns participating, there were no deaths; those who were close to being killed were saved by one or the other of the Mark-born.
- Oyakata-sama was under the impression that the war between slayers and demons would escalate with these children and the fact that there are no deaths confirms this impression. Besides, his curse is moving very slowly compared to his ancestors, just starting to reach his left eye.
Some facts about the characters :
- Inosuke uses Wind Breath, Sanemi trained him. Kotoha is alive.
- Nezuko's strength is beyond comprehension; she can arm wrestle with Himejima and no one would want to receive one of her forehead flicks (Inosuke wanted to try, he regretted it). In pure physical strength, she is Akaza's equal.
- Her hair are like in this ; where the braid end, the hair is pink.
- Nezuko has a crush on Zenitsu but he hasn't noticed it (he doesn't even notice the change in her sound when she's with him, boy is that oblivious). Aoi and Satsuki don't hesitate to call him an idiot when he asks them why Nezuko is all red.
- Ironically, he quickly realized that Tanjiro had a crush on Satsuki and that she was not indifferent to it despite Tanjiro being a demon.
- Tanjiro's crush developed during the Mugen Train when Satsuki helped him, she was so beautiful and cool while fighting, plus she smells good and is kind.
- Senjuro uses the Thunder Breath.
