Joe had a terrible day. He lost his apartment, his bike was stolen, and he was fired when he was late for work. When Joe stood on the street, he didn't know what to do next. Then, Joe looked to his right and saw Nicky turning the corner.
Nicky: “Come, let us have a cup of coffee.”
Joe just stood still and looked at Nicky.
Nicky: “Do you have something better to do?”
Joe: “Not really. Coffee does sound good.”
Nicky: “I have heard about a place that also serves pie at night.”
Joe: “Pie does sound good too.”
Nicky: “Then come.”
Nicky reached out his hand, which Joe took without any hesitation. While walking together into the night, Nicky suggested that Joe was more than welcome to stay with him as long as he wanted to, Something Joe said yes to without hesitation.
