["Usually when there's trouble, Kanan checks on one of the kids first. Ever since Lothal it's been you."

Of course he checked on the kids. They might be very competent, but they were still their kids. It was only right to make sure they're okay.
The new kid was notably less competent than the older ones.
"And that was enough to jump right to me being pregnant?" It was a subtle signal that involved knowing Kanan well, but it still implied a certain amount of experience with pregnant women that she wouldn't expect from a clone who spent most of his life at war.
"With how long you've been together, there weren't a lot of other options. I've seen people with pregnant wives now and then."]
