trouble is brewing in the underworld once again: an illegal human trafficking ring has been snatching people off the streets of Tokyo. unable to find a way to infiltrate the tight-knit operation, the new Chief of Police cuts a deal with Shouto and Katsuki in exchange for their help.
although they’re trying to make preparations to leave Japan and start over elsewhere, the new chief’s deal is too good to pass up. unfortunately, the situation is much more complicated than Katsuki thought.
