“Oh my God.” Tony’s eyelids grew too heavy so he let them fall. “Oh my God, Ty!” Tony moaned louder, knowing his partner liked hearing his name.
“Yeah? You like that.” Tiberius Stone momentarily stopped attacking Tony’s neck to ask him the question and lift Tony further against the wall to get a better grip. Tony didn’t have the heart to tell him that no, he didn’t like the feeling of saliva falling down his collar and he wished they’d get past the foreplay in favour of fucking, so he just pulled Tiberius’ head back down to his neck and started moaning again.
“Oh my God,” he muttered over and over until he opened his eyes again. Then it was more of an “Oh My GOD.” Because when Tony re-opened his eyes, he saw a very confused looking Bucky. No scratch that, Winter Soldier. Or maybe it was a mix between them both. It happened when they were conflicted about who should run the body.
“Yeah, you really like that,” Ty smirked against skin and, Tony resisted the urge to roll his eyes.
“No, Ty, you’re gonna have to stop doing that,” Tony said, pushing his head away, which got him a slightly annoyed glare.
“What? Why?” He demanded, but Tony didn’t have time for his antics because it seemed Winter had won the fight and was still watching.
“Hey there, darling.” Tony smiled at Winter, who frowned. Tony attempted to hide his gulp. He didn’t like sad Winter.
“Why are you saying hi to me?” Right. Ty. He needed to get rid of him.
“Okay, Ty, you’re going to put me down slowly and then stay behind me, okay?” Tony still didn’t break eye contact with Winter, not daring to look away.
“Why?”
“Just, do it. Please.” Tony added the last bit because he knew Tiberius would be pissed already. Tiberius let out an annoyed huff and dropped Tony harshly. “I said gently, asshole.” Tony shoved him out the way to look back at Winter.
“I’m the asshole here?” Ty said in disbelief.
“Shut up and get behind me,” Tony ordered and stepped forward.
“I still don’t know wh-” Ty cut himself off when he laid eyes on the Winter Soldier, “Oh. Is he dangerous?”
“What part of shut up doesn’t register in your head?” Tony snapped, not caring anymore. At least Ty finally shut up. “Hi Winter Solstice, long-time no-see.” Tony attempted a smile at the soldier. He grunted in response. “What are you doing here?” Tony prompted.
“We were bored. Wanted to see you,” he said, breaking eye contact with Tony in favour of glaring at Tiberius. Tony ignored the warm feeling he got from the words.
“I told you I was out tonight,” Tony reminded him.
“Waited for you. You’re not alone.” He continued to glare at Ty.
“No, I’m not,” Tony confirmed and took a deep breath. Winter didn’t like new people, especially when they were with Tony.
“Who are they?” Winter asked, and Tony could sense Ty feeling insulted.
“An old friend,” He answered, carefully watching Winter.
“Tiberius Stone,” Winter supplied and Tony didn’t even bother to wonder how Winter knew or why he asked in the first place.
“How does he know my name?” Tony ignored the half-gleeful tone Ty gave at being recognised.
“What does he want?” Winter asked, never taking his eyes off the target.
“I thought Steve was going to have the sex talk with you.” Tony had found that Winter liked it when he spoke to him as he spoke to Bucky - full of sarcasm and wit. If only Tony didn’t have a hard-on, maybe he could’ve thought of something better.
“He did. I wish it were you.” Winter’s eyes flickered to Tony and then straight back to Ty.
“I’m flattered, terminator. Although, you wouldn’t want me talking about sex. I’m too crude, apparently,” Tony brushed off. He didn’t think he would be able to survive talking about sex with Winter. Or Bucky, for that matter.
“You’re perfect.” Tony nearly choked at the sincerity of the comment.
“Maybe so, frosty,” Tony said when he recovered, “but that’s what Ty here wants.”
“Do you want?” Winter seemed to ask the question carefully, calculating.
“Yes, he wouldn’t be here otherwise. Steve told you consent was sexy, right?” Tony frowned. Maybe he shouldn’t have let Steve do the talk. He could have added all kinds of stuff from the 40s that wasn’t okay anymore. Although, Tony didn’t think Steve would be against consent.
Winter shrugged, “Bucky told me.”
“Steve didn’t?” This was good. If Tony could get Winter thinking about something else, he could maybe get Ty out of there or something.
“He might have. I didn’t listen. I wanted you.”
“Winter, honey, you can’t ignore Steve because you want me to do things. You should have listened to him,” Tony sighed, “I’m not going to be there always to explain things.”
“You’re too busy?” Winter looked a little hurt and took his eyes of Ty finally to look at Tony.
“Yeah, baby.” Tony gave him a sad smile.
“Like now.” Winter went quiet but continued to look at Tony.
“Well… I…” Tony really should say yes. Winter still doesn’t tend to understand boundaries, and he should help set them. But, potentially making an already sad Winter sadder is not something Tony thinks he’s capable of doing.
“No,” Ty answered for him. Tony turned to give him a look. “Clearly, neither of you can tell, but there is so much sexual tension here, and I don’t want to fuck that. So I’m going to leave before the tension breaks. Thanks, Tony, always a tease.” Tiberius went into the lift, and Tony watched him with his mouth agape. He would ask Ty what was wrong with him later. Ty wasn’t the type of person to give up his ‘prize’.
“Tony, Doll, I am so sorry,” Tony turned back around to see Bucky taking over the body, “I tried to stop him, I really did. I’m so sorry we ruined your date, I-”
“Hey, Bucky-bear, it’s fine. Ty isn’t that special anyway.” He smiled at Bucky and pulled off his blazer, finally being able to walk into his own home.
“I know, but-” Tony cut him off.
“What do you mean you know?” He let out a small laugh. Bucky’s face dropped, though, and he looked guilty. “Bucky?”
“Well,” he started slowly, “whenever you see him at galas and stuff, you always drink something before talking to him like you don’t want to. And he’s just not right for you, Doll,” Bucky finished lamely.
“You have someone in mind who is right for me?” Tony teased, letting his lips quirk in amusement. Really, this was the most fun he’d had all night. He walked to the coffee machine as he said it.
“It would be selfish to say just someone,” Bucky said quietly, and Tony whipped round to face him.
“How so?” Tony asked carefully. He had a feeling Bucky wasn’t joking.
“Well, uh, me and Winter have been talking, and we both want to punch all the Tiberius Stones.” Bucky bit his lip and looked away.
Now, Tony wasn’t stupid. And as much of an ass Ty was, neither was he. Tony had recently noticed the tension building between him and Bucky/Winter but was too scared to act on it. Not scared of them but scared of ruining what they had. Yes, Tony noticed how Bucky couldn’t look away when Tony ate a popsicle or banana or any other suggestive food, for that matter. Or how Winter would watch his hips as he left the room and get distracted when Tony was doing Yoga at the same time as his workout sessions. And how both of them would react when he entered the common room wearing a particularly tight suit.
Tony could deal with noticing and not acting on these, just so long he got to keep the other moments. The moments when Winter would cuddle him on movie night and opt for sitting with him in the ‘shop rather than sparing with Steve in the Gym. Or the times when the constant loving nicknames came from the same lips that would kiss him on the forehead after Bucky had carried him to his bed when he worked himself to exhaustion.
But if they had noticed it too, maybe something more could come from it. Tony wasn’t stupid, and he wasn’t going to let Bucky not make a move on the pair’s behalf. Tony played it cool and turned back to the coffee machine, grabbing the nearest mug.
“Is that so? Any particular reason why?” Tony asked like he didn’t know the answer.
“They’re not gonna treat you proper, Doll. They’ll have their way with you once, or maybe twice, in Stone’s case, brag they’ve fucked Tony Stark, and go on their merry way. They won’t be there to take you to bed after an engineering binge or appreciate how you look when you’ve just woken up. They’re not gonna ask you how your day was or work your body like it should be. They’ll just do what needs to be, to get you both off and think it’s enough.” Tony hummed through a smile when Bucky’s mini-rant was over. Oh yeah, this was going to be good. Time to have some fun.
“What if I like it? Rough and dirty. That’s what a one-night-stand is supposed to be like, isn’t it?” Tony turned and pulled the mug to his lips and took a sip, watching Bucky watch the movement.
“We wanna punch them because you deserve more than a one-night-stand,” Bucky insisted.
“And you’re more?” Tony smiled innocently.
“So much more, Doll. we’ve barely even touched ya, but I’m sure we could make you feel so much better than any of them could ever imagine.” Brooklyn flooded Bucky’s voice, and Tony’s smile dropped a bit.
“What would you do Brooklyn baby?” Tony put his mug to the side, suddenly losing interest in the coffee.
“Hows about I show you instead of tell you?”
“How about a bit of both?” Tony countered.
“Well, Winter’s a sort of get-right-to-it guy, but I would take you out for dinner first, and he would have to deal with it. I would spend the whole night showering you with compliments and looking at your…” Bucky looked him up and down, “assets at every chance I got.” Tony smirked.
“And where would we go, Sargent? I would want to dress right for this.”
“You’d look perfect, no matter what you wore.” You would think by the way Bucky’s grin grew that Tony blushed, but Tony Stark did not blush over such soft things, thank you very much, “But we would get burgers. Nothin’ fancy. Seen you roll your eyes enough times at the thought of fancy. An’ they could be the greasiest burgers in town, but I wouldn’t care because the whole night I’d be wondering how on earth Winter and I bagged the smartest, most caring, wonderful fella.”
Tony definitely blushed at that one. Bucky just had a way of saying things that- Tony coughed.
“Okay, so we’ve eaten the greasiest burgers, not dressed up at all, and you’ve thoroughly checked me out. Then what?”
“Well, I’d pay, of course.” Tony’s head shot up. He never assumed Bucky wanted him for his money, but, well, the money came with the deal.
“What?” Tony’s voice may have cracked.
Bucky took a step forward. “I said I’d pay. ‘s only fair since I asked you out. I wonder…” He stepped forward again. Tony stayed where he was, watching Bucky take the steps.
“You wonder?” Tony prompted when Bucky was close enough to reach out and stroke his cheek.
“When was the last time someone paid for you, Doll?” Tony didn’t answer verbally; he just shook his head.
Bucky tsked. “We would spoil ya, I promise. Flowers in your office, just because; little trinkets that reminded us of you tha’ we’d pick up from our runs with Stevie; date nights on us. ‘d spend every last penny on things that’ll make you smile. Every last penny on you.” Tony wanted to look away, but he couldn’t tear his eyes away from the sincere look Bucky was giving him. He was scared that if he did, even for a second, it would disappear, and Bucky would never look at him like that again.
“You wouldn’t-” Tony cleared his throat and without really thinking held onto Bucky’s arm, as if to keep him in place, “- you wouldn’t need to. Money isn’t a problem.”
Bucky laughed, but not cruelly. “We want to, sugar. Want to spoil you. Want to show you that we- how much we care. Want to…”
“Hmm?”
Bucky paused for a beat before pulling Tony in by the waist, and, really, Tony had no idea when his hand got there. Bucky put his head next to Tony as if to nuzzle his neck.
“’s a bit ol’ fashioned, but, well, we’re a good ol’ fashioned lover boy.” Tony barely registered the reference, too busy focusing on how much space Bucky was taking up and how much he didn’t want Bucky to move away ever.
“Go on,” Tony prompted, breathless.
“We wanna provide for ya. Take care of ya and…”
“Yes?”
“Keep ya. As our own.” Tony let out a shuddered breath and clutched on harder to Bucky. They stayed like that for another beat before Bucky went to pull away.
“Sorry, that was a bit intense. We-”
“Shut up and hold me,” Tony ordered and pulled the other body closer.
Bucky did as he was told and pulled Tony closer than before. Tony closed his eyes and clutched on tighter, wishing the moment could last forever and contemplating how he could make it so when he heard Bucky muttering.
“Hmm?” Tony questioned, not ready to open his mouth and potentially ruin this.
“I said ‘sweetheart’,” Bucky replied, pulling his face out of Tony’s neck and looking at him face-on. Tony hummed again, this time in satisfaction at the name. “Please tell me this makes you ours. I – we couldn’t handle it if you went away now that I’ve gotten to hold you.”
Tony kept quiet for a second, still scared that he might say the wrong thing. “Say some more nice stuff about me,” he finally said, and Bucky’s face broke out into a wide grin.
“Oh yeah? You like hearing how I’ve dreamed about placing my hands right here,” Bucky moved his hands at the same time to place them on Tony’s butt, which earned him a chuckle (because Tony Stark did not giggle). “Or how you are like crack to us and will spend forever spoiling ya just to get a smile on your face.”
Tony did, in fact, smile at that, “yes, exactly, say all of those things.”
“I will spend eternity saying all of those things if you let us call you our fella,” Bucky offered with shy eyes.
Tony took pity on the man and leaned on his toes to push himself up. “That seems like a fair deal,” he agreed before pushing his lips against Bucky’s.
