Summary
George grew up boring. He read books when he was bored, maybe scraped his knee on a scooter every year or two, and never truly had friends outside of a school environment. But he got good grades, played video games with people he only knew through a screen, and generally enjoyed the time he spent trying to get the hell out of dodge. And, sure, when he brought it up in passing- some self-deprecating joke or another- his friends would tell him he wasn’t boring, because that’s what you’re supposed to do when you’re a good friend, but when your only defining trait is being horribly, irreversibly colorblind? Well, George would qualify that as being pretty boring.
No one told him, before he moved in, how Dream was the complete opposite.
