   Summary

   Falcon and Winter Soldier (SPOILERS) gave us yet another character assassination by making Sharon Carter the unrepentant Powerbroker behind all the problems, and it was unbelievable. A character like Sharon Carter doesn’t do that kind of 180 without some serious history behind it, which we never got to see of even got much of an explanation behind, other than she was pissed at being forgotten when everyone else got pardons. So what happened to Sharon to set her down this path? And where does she go from here? This fic attempts to answer that.
