Summary
In the wake of the attack on the Sun Palace, Jahar feels lost, like a sheep gone astray, meandering, yet knowing that the wolves (or worse) lurk as it picks its way forward, trying to find its home and companions.
He is an Asha'man, trained at the Black Tower into a living weapon against the Shadow and all who would harm Rand al'Thor, the Lord Dragon. He grew up in Arafel, where men twine bells into their braids in defiance of the Shadow.
A lost sheep is the last thing he should feel like, he tells himself. Yet there it is.
