Before An ERROR Occurred

Summary:

Geno is dying and yet no Grim Reaper comes for his SOUL- instead, three other skeletons show up and save him

Work Text:

Geno was finally dying, only DEATH had not come to greet him like he thought he would.

"*damn you reaper." Geno hisses out from the ground of his destroyed lab, bleeding out for real this time, "you had one job."

Suddenly someone was standing over him, painfully he turns his neck to see who it was. But his sight was blurring badly and all he could see was three shadowy figures.

"*One shot. We only have one shot at this." Came a familiar voice, it lacked any sort of emotion.

"*RELAX MY FRIEND!" A voice that sounded the same but the tone and manner were off, "WE SHALL HELP YOU!"

"*Come here. We have some monster food." Another voice same, carrying the spirit of kindness in it.

Geno felt someone press something to his jaws and he quickly ate.

Geno felt the monster food working and his sight was the first thing to be restored. And he blinks at the sight of three of him, one in blue, one in gold and one in brown.

"*who?" Geno coughs out and he was helped to his feet.

"*WE HAVE DONE IT!" The one dressed in blue cheers loudly to his companions, then to him he says, "YOU ARE WELCOME!"

Geno frowns deeply at him, "*i don't remember saying thank you."

The golden one sighs and smiles.

"*You have been saved by us. But we do not need your praise." The gold one said to him politely, "You being alive and well is thanks enough."

"*...i didn't thank you. nor praise you." Geno snaps at them in angry now, he had enough of being kind in the SAVE SCREEN to Sans and years of trapped made him very rage-filled.

The emotionless one steps forward.

"*You look like him." The one dressed in brown told him dully.

"*we all look the same!" Geno snaps loudly, "listen. get out of my universe. my timeline. and my life."

Someone enters through a black mist.

"*hiya geno." Reaper greets happily, then pauses and frowns, "huh? who are you three?" he looks to Geno then to them, "you saved him?"

"*I know you think he should have died." The golden one began with a soft smile, "However. If we had left him alone. He would have somehow ended up in a far worst place than DEATH."

"*CORRECT MY FRIENDS!" The blue one spoke up again, "IF HE HAD GONE THERE. HE COULD HAVE BEEN-"

The golden one suddenly grabs the blue one' arm and shook his skull 'no'.

"*really. i wonder where." Reaper said strangely...

"*reaper. where were you going send me?" Geno questions sharply, his sockets narrowed at his past lover.

The three looks at him in confusion and Reaper starts to sweat.

"*reaper." Geno growls loudly, "just where were you going to send me!" then a thought entered his mind, and it made sense, "it was you!" he suddenly shouts pointing at Reaper, the two of the three newcomers startled at this outburst, "you are the reason this happened!"

Geno waves at his destroyed lab that was quickly filling with smoke now.

"*you didn't!" Geno shouts at him, almost pleading with his former mate, wanting to be wrong, "right! tell me i'm wrong!"

"*Wait." The golden one said moving slightly forward, "Reaper. Do you mean to say. You are the cause of all this suffering?"

"*suffering?" Both Geno and Reaper said at the same time, then glanced at each other.

Geno shook his skull.

"*listen pal. you're going to have to go into more detail here." Geno told him, who looked nervous right away with this.

"*LOOK AT THE TIME!" The blue one cries out, pointing to his gloved wrist, "WE HAVE TO GO!"

"*there's no watch there." Geno snaps at him, but the golden one had shone a bright light in his sockets and then they were gone, "the hell!?" then he turns to Reaper, "explain!"
