   Summary

   When he was a child, the words on his tongue were many flavored things, dancing from his lips in accordance to his mood and situation, and of course the understanding of those he addressed.  Languages were passed down in lieu of heirlooms, the language of his father and his father, back and back and back, and the language of his mother and her mother whom he’d never met.
