"Alias bit his lip as he walked down a street all lit up in neon lights. All around him was a dense and massive city at what appeared to be the edge of the world; clustered with sky scrappers that reached out of the earth like the endless tentacles of a great eldritch beast below the streets. Advertisements of all shapes and sizes glowed brightly from almost every surface, in screens and holograms all around, chasing all the darkness away. The architecture twisted and bent and spiraled in the most improbable ways, held up in some places by beautiful, spindly structures that could not possibly have held their weight. Above, the sky was a vivid kaleidoscope of colorful nebulas and stars and the vast gas giant that was Artemis V loomed as always, spinning so slowly it seemed to stand still."
