   Summary

   In the early 1800's, in Paris, a stranger saves Pauline's life by turning her into a Vampire and Tim into her permanent donor - a Morai. During the Civil War, Tim begs to save the stranger's life and ends up forming a bond between them. They live their lives separated by fate, but tethered by emotions.
