Quick note about the title: There is this 80s song by Princess Stéphanie of Monaco titled Ouragan which is a very cheesy love song comparing strong love and passion to typhoons/tropical windstorms/hurricanes (Ouragan roughly means hurricane in French -the song was kind of a hit in France at the time) and mentions "a night in Rome"... and I am too trashy to resist this type of kitsch reference, sorry not sorry about it, but I am all for cheesy shippy songs.
