“This is a big disappointment. You were one of our prize students.”
“I’m sorry.”
“You being a team hopeful for skateboarding is extremely prestigious. For both you and the school.”
“Yes, sir.”
“Sure, skateboarding is not the most reputable of sports, but we looked past that when looking at your application.”
“Yes, sir.”
“However, certain footage of you at an illegal skateboarding ring has forced my hand. If this were to leak and people knew it, the reputation of the school would be demolished. Do you understand?”
“Yes, sir.”
“Nevertheless, I decided to be lenient with you. Your grades have always kept you in Class A, and your skateboarding solidified your position in that class. But even being seen at this so-called ‘S’, has demoted you to Class E.”
“Y-yes, sir.”
“‘How is this lenient?’, you might be wondering? Well, I propose that I will not alert the board of this misdemeanor as long as you stay quiet about which class you’re in.
This is advantageous to both of us, as you get to stay a team hopeful, and my school’s reputation will not be tarnished further.”
“Yes, sir.”
“Also, if you are found at S again, you will be expelled.”
“S-Sir!”
“Do I make myself clear Chinen Miya?”
“Yes, sir.”
