Summary
It wasn't that Ramuda didn't know about things, it was just that none of it seemed to matter without context. He had the knowledge pre-loaded, but it was as useful as reading a dictionary. He had to see it, experience it, touch and taste it, and only then could he evolve beyond his conception. The more he experiences, the more he discovers himself. Rei is more than happy to see how his first successful clone evolves as he shows him the ropes, even if that means Chuouku is less than thrilled with his results.
