“It’s lazy Sunday, babe. What do you wanna do?”

Meredith looked at Addison with blaring eyes, desires were combusting in her pupils, the heat was emitting from her skin. “Sex.” She lick her upper lip with her slick tongue, making Addison shiver on the show. Meredith hissed tho when the redhead slipped her middle finger inside Meredith’s aching core. “You’re still sore from last night.”

“But—” Meredith pouted with her puppy eyes, trying to get Addison to work on her. “But you’re horny, I get it babe. I’ll give you a rest.” She managed to get out of bed, even tho Meredith was clinging on to her. “Go take a hot shower. I have something planned for us today.” She winked at the now smiling on the bed. “Really? What is it?”

“Go shower and you’ll know.”

“Come join me then, Addison.” But the taller woman shook her head, putting her last night’s shirt and tying her hair up to a ponytail. “You know you won’t be walking for the rest of the day if I did.” That’s true, no argument on that. “Fine then. As long as you’re making me cannoli pancakes.”

“Izzie makes those.”

“I know, but I like yours better.” Meredith sweetly smiled, getting off the bed finally. “You’re spoiled, Meredith.” And then her giggle made Addison shiver. “Yes I am, because you love me.” She walked towards the redhead to peck her lips. “And I love you.”

“Always.” Addison kissed Meredith’s forehead before letting her go adding, “See you downstairs.”

Meredith and Addison were the only ones in the house at that moment, since Meredith’s friends were out on a date with their respective partners. “If you’re not a doctor, what do you think you would be?” asked Addison, looking intently into her lover’s eyes. They were so drowning and sucking her into another universe. She couldn’t help but to praise her silently, she knew that Meredith doesn’t need a word of affirmation and praise, she’s more of an action person, appease her by loving her right and true. “I’d be a whore.”

“Meredith!”

“I’m kidding, chill babe.” She shoved the rest of the pancakes in her mouth, after that, she looked at Addison and said, “A painter. I always wanted to be a painter.” With a shy smile. “Great! I bought some painting materials yesterday before coming over last night, so go wash the dishes while I drive back to my apartment to get those.”

“You’re bossy.”

“Basically I’m still your boss.”

“Not in my house when you’re naked and wet, screaming my name.” Both of them laughed so hard. “I won’t argue with that.”

So, Meredith washed the dishes whilst Addison drove her way back to her apartment to get the painting materials. She was planning to spend a day with her girlfriend, just being silly, relaxed with a little bit of productivity and she’s also wanting to paint with Meredith—paint Meredith.

The lovers set up their canvasses in the backyard, facing each other so no one can see what other was painting. They were very serious but the each time they glanced at each other, they couldn’t help but smile. “Can I kiss you?” Meredith blurted out cheekily, Addison didn’t have the heart to say no so they met in the middle, held each other’s face and letting their lips find their way to the sweetness of their curves. “You have paint on your face, sorry.” Addison breathed when they separated. “It’s fine, I put more paint on your face.” That was just a tease from Meredith tho. “You still look pretty, babe. Don’t worry about it.”

“What are you painting anyway?”

“Boobs.” What? “Of the woman in my dreams. She has a nice boobs.” Meredith continued to tease Addison, who was already scowling at her. “You better not be fantasizing other woman than me, Meredith.” Addison walked closer to peek at Meredith’s canvas, but the blonde pushed her away. “Hey, you said no peeking.”

“Fine, that better be my boobs then!” Addison raised her eyebrow then crossed her arms. “You’re cute when you’re teased, Addison. Go finish your painting.” Addison obeyed without an argument, and they were back on being focused to finish their own painting.

“You finished?” Meredith asked since she noticed that her girlfriend’s doing nothing but to just stare at her. “I am. You?” Grey just nodded, nervous if Addison would like what she painted for her. She knew that Addison was enrolled in a painting class when she was a kid, while she just drew on her mother’s script. Which lead her to hear unnecessary things she couldn’t understand at that time. “I wanna see please.” Meredith stepped back and let Addison see what she painted. “Me?” indeed, her. In Meredith’s painting, Addison’s smiling so wide with her eyes while sitting on a billow of clouds, holding a red silk blanket to cover her front, and “With wings?

“Because you’re an angel, Addison. My angel. You’re not Satan. Of course, Meredith didn’t say it aloud. “I hated Derek for calling you the opposite, he’s so wrong. You have the kindest heart and you saved me from falling apart.” It was almost a whisper, light yet full of admiration. “Thank you Meredith. You don’t know how much you made me happy today. I mean, you make me happy every day, and today is just... something special.”

They were getting almost too emotional until Meredith broke it. “Hey, no tears. I haven’t seen your painting yet.” Then dragged Addison back to her spot. Meredith gasped, looking at what Addison made. “It’s also me, under a sakura tree.” She touched her lips, examining the painting. “Do you remember when we escaped the foundation gala, and we randomly selected a place to go?”

“Yeah. We chose Japan because we saw a man with his Starbucks sakura card.”

“Right. It was Japan’s springtime and you were so excited to see a sakura tree, you ran like a little girl and started twirling around under the tree. You were smiling sweetly, strands of hair on your face, just being happy and carefree.” Addison slowly framed Meredith’s body close to her, then put her chin on Meredith’s shoulder. “That moment I knew, I don’t have plans on letting you go.”

Meredith turned around, throwing her arms around Addison’s neck. “It’s beautiful Addison, thank you.” Addison hugged her tighter. “I love you Meredith.” She kissed her head. “I may not say it every time, but when I do, you know I mean it, right?”

“I know you mean it.” Meredith relaxed on Addison’s arms, inhaling her scent. “We deserve to have an exhibit.” Addison just chuckled as a response, then her girlfriend slowly pulled away to look her in the eyes. “For the meantime, I’ll hang your painting in my room.”

“And I’ll hang yours in mine.”

Suddenly, they both heard a silent rumbling. Hungry tummies, since they didn’t have lunch.

“Oh I almost forgot!” Exclaimed Addison. “We have a dinner reservation at 8, let’s go clean up.”

“Why can’t we have each other as dinner instead?” Meredith was back at being horny Mer again. “Meredith!”

“Uh, fine real dinner first before I devour you.”

Good girl.
