October 31st, Halloween. During this night, a cool and creepy atmosphere enveloped the island of odaiba. Everyone was dressed up and feeling that Halloween spirit. Especially the ten members of the nijigasaki idol club. The girls were currently having a great time wearing costumes and handing out candy in front of their school. We then watch as a group of spooky looking kids approached with their pumpkins ready. As they did, we see a zombified Emma greet them with a bowl of full sized chocolate bars.
"Trick r treat!!", they smiled. "Oh my your all so cute", she giggled. "Don't eat all these in one sitting". "Wow full size...thanks miss", one of the kids gasped. Before they could leave however, a vampiric shizuku leapt out of the bushes at them. "Bleh...I want to suck all of your blood", she said very dramatically. "Ahhh!", the young kids all squealed before running off into different directions. "Heh,heh, perfect", shizu giggled. "Shizuku-chan!", Emma growled. "Uhhh yeah". "That was mean, you need to go apologize right now". "I...was just getting into character". "It doesn't matter, those poor kids were terrified".
Not wanting to anger Emma when she was in mom mode, shizu did what she was told. About this time, the rest of the girls grouped up while shizuku went to make amends. This is where we get to see each of the niji girls in their Halloween costumes. You see, everyone in the school idol club were pretty big fans of this holiday. So they had planned their outfits out months ahead of time. What they ultimately came up with, was actually a pretty neat idea. The girls broke up into their subunits and wore matching costumes.
The members of azuna dressed up as vampires; with ayumu pretty nervous about being one of the seductive creature's. The members of quarts dressed as a horde of zombies. Showcasing nice makeup work with plenty of nasty open sores and dirty grey skin. Rina had also fitted her board with a sort of undead look. Then finally, diver diva went in a different direction, dressing as two sexy cowgirl's. As you could imagine this was Karin's idea, but ai was happy to go along. From the long leather boots to the cutoff shirts and cowboy hat's; these girls were total knockouts.
"So, we almost out of candy", a vampire setsuna asked. "Yes, and there haven't been many trick r treaters in the past hour either", Emma sighed. "Well it is getting pretty late. Why don't you come inside, we've got something fun planned". "Alright!". The girls then moved things into the club room; which was also rocking a Halloween vibe. It had been decorated for the season; with spider webs and carved pumpkins everywhere. There was also some eerie music playing from a small speaker, thickening the already spooky aura.
Waiting for them there was the club president yuu and student council president shioriko. Yuu loved the zombified look of quarts, so she joined them in their horde. Meanwhile shioriko, whom wasn't a fan of Halloween just went with her usual school uniform. As the group gathered, they happily awaited for what their next activity was going to be. Not wanting to keep anyone waiting, the club president then excitedly gave her idea. "So guys, I was thinking since we have this big empty school to ourselves tonight. I figured it'd be cool to dim the lights and tell some scary stories...what do ya think", Yuu smiled.
Everyone then glanced around and nodded; thinking it wasn't a bad plan. Before they could get started though, kasumi came up with something a little different. "Hmmmm not bad. But instead of that, how about we talk about how I'm the cutest zombie that ever lived", kasumi squeaked. Shizuku then gave her a look of annoyance and spoke. "That hardly sounds like a fun evening". "Hey you better watch it miss vampire, or I'll get Emma to scold you again", kasu teased. "Eeeh, you saw that. I...I was just trying to get some acting practice in, I wasn't trying to be mean", shizuku blushed.
"Hold on girls, yuu's idea actually sounds pretty fun. I say we should give it a chance". "That's the spirit ayumu", setsuna cheered before cutting the lights off. Once the mood was set, everyone in the club glued their eyes to yuu-chan. "Ummm, why is everyone staring at me", Yuu asked nervously. "Well, cause we figured you had a story to tell...it was your idea", ayumu replied. "Oh well...I don't actually have any. I was hoping one of you guys would", the girl giggled. They then gave the prez a dumbfounded but not surprised look.
Afterwards no one spoke up, leaving to wonder if any of the members had a story to share. Then when it seemed like it was time to try something else, the oldest member of the idol club stood up. "Huff, I guess I'll start things off if no one else will", karin sighed. "Ooooh, you have a story?", Emma clapped. "Of course, it all started at one of my modeling show's".
We then see the scene change to a Halloween inspired runway. Beautiful girls walk up and down dressed in different outfits. Some were spooky, some sexy, but all of them captivated the audience. Eventually, nijigasaki's own Karin asuka took her walk. The stunning third year was wearing a seductive witches outfit. Her exposed cleavage and tight purple stockings were definitely drawing her some eye's. Then once she made it to the end of the runway, she made sure to blow her fans a kiss. As she walked backstage, her audience clapped and cheered; extremely impressed by what she had just displayed.
As the rest of the night played out, none of the other girls seemed to possess the magic that Karin had brought. So it ultimately gave her the win. The third year was then brought back on stage where she was showered with affection. The judges even gave her a colorful bouquet, a tiara, and a sweet first place ribbon. This was one of those nights where all eyes were on Karin... definitely how she liked it. In the back however, the girl who won second place wasn't feeling the magic.
In fact, the runner up was ticked at Karin. She had brought all she had; but somehow it was Karin who stole the show. The girl was slim, light complected and had long silky dark hair. She didn't think Karin looked any better than she did. Needless to say, this loss didn't sit right with her; so naturally she planned to do something about it. Meanwhile Karin took her final bows and left the stage. In the back, after taking in a bit more praise from everyone. Karin went to her dressing room to collect her things. There, she saw the runner up sitting in her room. "Oh hi", Karin spoke. "Can I do something for you?".
"No, I just wanted to congratulate you. You definitely stole the show tonight", the girl clapped. "Oh thanks, you did pretty good as well", Karin nodded. "That's sweet, but the winner deserves all the praise. In fact, I have a little victory gift for you". The girl then pulled an unlabeled bottle from her bag and gave it to karin. "Come on", the model blushed. "You don't have to give me anything". "It's alright, I want you to have it". "A-are you sure". "Yes, it's a wonderful brand of perfume that will make you smell irresistible". "And your sure you want me to have it", Karin blushed. "Of course, after all it didn't cost me a dime", the girl giggled.
Karin then stared at the strange pink bottle before looking back at her fellow model. "Well thank you, I'll happily accept your gift". "Wonderful, you deserve it". After their chat Karin grabbed her things and got ready to leave. Before she did, the idol glanced at the girl one more time and bowed. "Thanks again for the gift, maybe we can go out for coffee sometimes", Karin offered. The girl then looked back with a devilish smile and spoke. "Sounds good... can't wait". That night when Karin got home, she posted some pictures of her winnings online. She then took one final look at herself in the mirror before heading to bed.
The next day, she went to school with a happy smile on her face. We then see her enter the club room seemingly waiting for her fellow idols to shower her with praise. "Hey, there's Karin", pomu pointed. The group then gathered around her; giving her just what she wanted. "Congratulations karin-san, I'm so happy for you", shizuku spoke. "Yeah, you really are amazing", ayumu added. "Heh,heh, come on it was only one show". "Yeah but you got a tiara and everything, you looked like a princess", shizu smiled. "It's nothing, speaking of that. I also got this bottle of perfume a girl gave me", Karin said pulling it from her bag.
The younger idol then grabbed the small bottle and examined it. "Hmmmm, it has no label...must be expensive", shizuku gasped. "Would you like to try it", Karin offered. "N-no I couldn't. A models perfume would be way to much for me". "But I'm sure you'd smell great". "I'm fine, I'd like to see you try it on though". "Okay then, I guess it wouldn't hurt". We then watch as Karin sprayed a bit on her arm before taking a whiff. "Mmmmm, nice!". "Yeah, what's it smell like", ayumu asked. "It's hard to explain, I can't really put my finger on it. All I can say is that it smells good", Karin shrugged. "Anyway, what's our schedule for today".
"A three mile jog and some strength training", shizuku smiled. "Well let's get on it, we've gotta be in tip top shape for our next show". The group then began their usual training, starting with the jog. Once they finished, today's heat forced them to take a small break. It was here, sitting under an old tree; that shizuku noticed something. "Karin, that perfume is amazing. Even after our run I can still smell it". "Yeah, and it smells awesome", ayumu said scooting closer to Karin. "Huh, ayumu...what are you doing", the third year blushed. "I can't help it, that smell... it's wonderful. I need to be closer to you". "Me too, it makes me want to cling to you". "Okay you guys are being weird", Karin noted.
"What are you talking about, your probably overheated. Let me walk you to the nurses office", shizuku said grabbing her by the arm. "Your not taking her anywhere, she's staying with me", ayumu said violently pulling her other arm. "Hey guy's...stop it. Your hurting me", Karin cried. "I'll stop as soon as ayumu let's you go". "No way, she's all mine", the second year growled. Karin then jumped to her feet and ripped away from the girl's. "I said let GO!!". The freaked out model then walked away from her friends.
Once she saw the two girls sprinting up behind her however; she started to run. "Karin, come back here...your mine", ayumu yelled. "What the heck is going on...is this some kind of joke. I have to find some help", Karin thought. We then watch as the third year runs all through the school looking for a familiar face. All the while shizu and pomu were hot on her tail, nearly salivating to catch her. Eventually she saw fellow idol kasumi handing out flyers in the hallway. Without saying anything to her, she grabbed the girl and ran into an empty classroom. "Karin-chan...what's wrong. If you wanted some alone time with me, you could've just asked", kasu smiled.
"Just be quiet and listen", Karin barked. "Ayumu and shizuku are acting really weird. One minute we were doing our exercises, and the next they were chasing me through the school". "Chasing you...what do you mean". Before kasumi could get her answer though, a disembodied voice interrupted them. "Mmmmmm, something smells good", it said. The two girls then looked in the corner of the room, where they saw someone laying on a couch covered with a blanket. As the person rose the blanket fell, revealing a freshly awoken Kanata.
"K-kanata-chan!". "Wow, Karin is that you", she asked. "You smell better than haruka". The seemingly hypnotized third year then got up; and slowly began to creep towards them. "Oh crap kasumi it got her too, we have to run". "Run...but kasumi doesn't wanna go anywhere. She wants to stay right here and be with Karin senpai", the first year said clinging onto her. "Oh no...let go". Karin then pushed the younger student off and quickly exited the room. As she did kasu and Kanata followed behind like two hungry zombies. "After her!!", Kasu yelled.
Karin then quickly rounded a corner but it would prove to be a bad move. As shizuku and ayumu blocked her path. "There she is...Karin come to us", the actress said with hearts in her eyes. At this point Karin was terrified, she had absolutely no idea what was going on. The only thing she knew for sure was that she wasn't going to give herself to them. Thankfully, she eventually found a bathroom. The third year then ran in and locked herself in an empty stall. Like many horror movies before her, she then stood on the toilet and went dead silent.
The other girls hadn't found her yet, so she figured she would use this time to think. "Okay, everyone was fine when I first got here this morning. I didn't see them eat anything weird, in fact it wasn't until I tried on that perfume that I...". Karin then froze as a realization hit her. "The perfume, there's gotta be something wrong with it. This all started when I put it on". The model then pulled the strange bottle out and began to examine it. Again there was no label; so there was no way to identify it. The only thing she knew was that it gave off an amazing smell. In fact, one so potent Karin had never experienced anything like it before.
It's scent was like a slice of heaven filling the nostrils. So ultimately, this helped her come to a conclusion. "It's the perfume...it did something to them", she gasped. Before she could do anything about it though, the bathroom door opened. "Karin-san...we know your in here", pomu playfully called out. At this point Karin knew she wouldn't be able to hide for long; so she decided to try something instead. We then watch as the girl opens up the bathroom door and faces her old friends. "Hey!", She called out. "Oh there she is...Karin-san come over here and give kanata a hug".
"I don't think so", she said. "It's not me you want, it's this crazy perfume. So here...have it", Karin yelled before slamming the bottle onto the floor. As the bottle busted and the liquid flowed out, Karin thought the nightmare was over. Unfortunately...she was wrong. The other girls then let out bloodcurdling laughs before speaking. "Heh,heh, it's to late to stop us now silly", kasumi giggled. "That's right...now just make this nice and easy".
With nowhere else to run, Karin backed up against the wall in horror. "Please... please have mercy!", She begged. "Pl...AHHHHHHHHH!!!!". What happened next I'd rather not say. One thing I can assure you though...was that it was far from anything beautiful.
