After Hermione says no to the man on one knee in front of her, she packs her bags and her cello and moves across the country. She lugs her cello, suitcase and an acceptance letter for the most prestigious musical program in the country up six flights of stairs and into a cramped and overpriced studio apartment in hopes for a new beginning. Surprisingly, she finds comfort in a crowded, jazz lounge surrounded by new classmates; that is, until a handsome, tall blonde shows up.
