Inazuma will have to go through major changes after the vision decree down. The Kujou Clan was also in a difficult position ...Negotiating with the Fatuis. How could she have been so blind to all that happened around her? She closed her eyes thinking of it. The Steppe was quiet as usual, she loved to meditate at night. It was also the only time she got after all. The sky was full of stars and windy. Her look stayed on the tree, still there they seemed eternal. Staying tall even if it was raining or thundering.
Her feelings were mixed. She was thinking she was doing good all the way but it wasn't the case… The raven haired girl was devoted. Always. And she has been dumped twice.
He was back. After that night they had a duel. He lost his vision because of her. He was always asking for a rematch now. All Inazuma was talking about since he was back. Arataki Itto, the Oni was famous among the children and in all the city of eternity and Kujou Sara the dangerous and fierce Tengu. She was working for the fatuis and she didn’t even know that. The Clan was corrupted.
“Stay away...I won’t take back your vision again…” she said firmly, he seemed shocked then he smiled. How to react. She wanted to scream but she couldn’t. Knowing what she did ...She was manipulated.
He came again and again and her answer was the same. The more he came the more she was thinking about this. Hopefully she wouldn't have to take his vision again if she considered the idea. She was remembering the fight and how they were at that time.
They were rivals. Fighting with all they got. They were strong and each of their assaults were disturbing the time around them. Sara was fast and charging her arrows against the large and massive Oni. He could have been really slower with his masse but he got so much pure strength that he was holding the weapon with a single hand despite its weight.
She really can't stand this guy but...Something deep inside her probably like a burn was hitting.
He was back to her and her eyes were still closed. It wasn’t really the place to meditate after all. She was feeling something like a hot breath in the night. She frowned and raised her arm.
He was right here. She hadn’t anticipated the fact that he was back in town until he was that close. She could feel his breath, his hair on her neck and arms.
“Hi Tengu ! You up for a rematch ?”He was smiling while asking and didn’t move, he almost seemed pleased.
“Urgh…You're bringing this again?" This idiot never changed. She was intimately smiling. He didn’t lose his wrath, it was good to see this.
She turned back and grabbed his choker right where his vision was. She saw him shiver. Will all of the end like the other day ? He probably had no clue of this because of the loss of his memories.
“Not yet !” he grabbed her arm firmly and pulled her against him.
The time changed and it began to rain. She tried to go away from him and her wings showed up. The Oni laughed, showing his long fangs.
"Why should I give you another chance ?" She was still answering in an annoyed tone.
"You always wanted to...I can feel it under your skin."he was almost mumbling. His senses were sharpened since their last duel. He perfectly knew she was a strong and fierce fighter but she seemed confused. It was fun chasing her but he wanted her to be perfectly here.
She didn't answer but she was still moving under him. It reminds him of a bird. What was he thinking about ? The idea of chasing her all day...Where did it come from ? She heard that when someone lost their vision they lost a part of them… He wasn’t that different from the man she knew before. They stayed a few minutes in this posture staring at each other feeling their breath and studying what the other would do.
“You’re heavy !Move !” She stretched herself as she could and tried to slip under him but he was still holding his hand.
The silver haired man laughed and took back his weapon. She was almost ready, at least the first approach was good.
“Now you’re back little bird, that’s what I want to see!” He rushed in her direction and gave her no chance but only dodge. When did he become that fast ?
Sara rushed to grab her bow and kept him away by giving him kicks.
“I’m not a bird, stupid demon!” It was probably what she needed. A fight with someone who didn’t care about her rank or who she was. Of course he was an idiot but at least she wasn’t thinking what she will become, what was attended from her.
He seemed to go faster and stronger, he didn’t even try to dodge her arrows. She used lightning when she could.
“We’re almost there, almost” he said while coming closer to her. In a last effort he put his club on the ground and the earth crumbled.
“Itto...You” she opened her eyes widely and listened to what he whispered.
In the distance it almost looked like a dance between some graceful creature and a beast but both were monsters after all.
