Summary
Loki pauses, suddenly realizing he must elaborate. Instead, the man clears his throat and raises his menu again in hopes to hide the color that rises to his cheeks as he continues. "I just mean men - people, individuals, who are stronger than me. Physically - not mentally, obviously. I am more capable than you, clearly - " Loki interrupts himself, and quickly goes on a tangent to distract from his initial comment. "And competent too. You're lucky to have me around."
Mobius just stares in bewilderment, taking in everything the demi-god has just said while the trickster continues to pretend to play interest in the menu before him. Eventually, a scoff erupts from Mobius's mouth and he shakes his head, eyes crinkling.
"How you managed to, what, compliment me? Was that what that was?"
"Shut Up."
" - On an entirely too intimate level and then proceed to make it about yourself - it's just incredible, Loki."
"I know, I am rather good at doing that."
"Making things about yourself?"
"Mhm."
"Oh, I wouldn't say so." Mobius hums, and Loki looks over at him above the menu with a raised brow. The agent continues,
"You called me strong."
"I - I did not."
