Summary
The year is 2032. General Sagat commences Operation Kingdom Fall, a coup d’etat to take the mega city-state of Foundation IX from it’s dictator, M. Bison.
As the coup begins and warfare breaks out on the streets, 20-year-old former fighter Sakura Kasugano finds herself in the crossfire. When all seems lost for her, divine intervention comes in the form of Ibuki, a young and skilled ninja. Together, they decide to stick together to find Ibuki’s friends and safely evacuate the city before it enters lockdown.
Elsewhere in the sprawling urban jungle, a mysterious lone wanderer fights his way through the city’s most dangerous crime syndicate to find his lost brother.
