Summary
As part of a peace treaty, Snezhnaya and Liyue sends each other prized gifts every half a century. In this cycle, Childe was sent as a gift to Morax due to being one of the last few Snezhnayan fox hybrids. Thinking that he might end up in servitude or as mere possession, Childe is instead thrust into a new life because Morax is now living a double life as a mortal named Zhongli who works in a funeral parlor.
