Summary
Getting back to the Alpha Quadrant has been their goal practically from the moment they teamed up.
But on attaining the goal, they find that indeed all that glitters is not necessarily gold, and on finally getting there, they've lost the most precious things they'd found on their journey.
First they seperately wallowed in despair in their different ways.
But now Janeway shows up unexpectedly on Chakotay's doorstep, barefoot, covered in golden glitter, oh so very angry, and determined to work this out, one way or another.
