When it comes to omegaverse, you have three genders in the typical story: Alpha, beta and omega.
Chinese fandom has its own terminology, which is qianyuan, zhongyong and kunze. For the sake of immersion, we will use these words -- because Ancient China had no contact whatsoever with Greece so why the heck would they use Greek letters for talking about genders.
Why Alpha tend to be the ''superior'' gender in Western fandom: European culture is extremely individualist and driven by personal ambition. You strive for your own success, your own security, your own financial prosperity and whatnot. It implies and needs some aggressivity and protectiveness towards your assets.
Asian culture is much more group-focused, and as such strives for social harmony. Being too loud is seen as distressing, humility and self-effacement are a virtue. They want for people to not make waves, to not be excessive in their needs and wants -- they have a long-lasting, well-established philosophy about balance and how important it is.
So, being an Alpha in China? This won't be attractive at all.
Why Qianyuan is unreliable: As mentioned above, an Alpha's main characteristic is to be loud, sexually agressive and rather fight-happy -- consequence of the Western fandom using the gender as a mirror of EXTREME masculinity, to the point it verges on being toxic.
Chinese history is replete with stories about Kings and Emperors indulging their sex drive to the point it ruined the country -- see the last Shang king for a very famous example, since it actually was responsible for the dynasty ending on a very sour note.
So when a qianyuan is born, Chinese parents would see this as Fate saddling them with a child that can doom their family and reputation, that will struggle with social conventions and will be mostly happy when fighting. Not a very positive outcome for your spawn, eh?
When a child was born and deemed unsatisfactory (it mainly was for female infants, every good Chinese wife wanted to have sons), it was thrown in the trash heap and left to die. I can see this happening to a qianyuan baby quite easily, if it was that or letting it grow up to potentially ruin a family's good name.
Demons, please stop HALPING: In fandoms such as Scum Villain, demon culture is depicted as fight-happy and extremely casual about sex. They likely would be much more in line with the traditional Western omegaverse, with Alpha on top because they are the strongest, with a much more potent drive to defend their holdings and spread their genes around.
Of course, they also enjoy assaulting humans for various reasons -- stealing brides, looting luxury goods, a need to destress in a very sadistic manner, a more or less justified grudge and whatnot. A lot of young, hot-blooded qianyuan demons would likely be involved in raiding because it allows them to gain experience or because it's a Rite of Passage. A lot of older qianyuan demons would also be involved because it's Traditional or they enjoy the slaughter.
So humans are regularly under attack from qianyuan demons, validating the prejudice about qianyuan being untrustworthy and liable to grow into a threat if not put down. Yeah, tough luck for these poor kids.
Conclusion: Being an Alpha in the Western meaning can work if you are living in an European setting. In an Ancient Chinese world, they will be labeled insane or rabid out of sheer culture shock, and kept far away from society if not outright killed.
Being a qianyuan is not a sweet deal. At all.
