Summary
Sequel to Dead Ice Under The Road, can be read as a standalone.
After being summoned out of the frozen prison Phantom had been caged in for a couple centuries, they had to introduce the overly powerful, partial aspect of Reality whom they accidentally recruited to the Justice League to the other Leaguers.
It could've gone better, in Tim's opinion. Then again, it also could've gone way, way worse. So… Success?
