Summary
Trying to deal with his decision to mentor team seven, Kakashi asks Iruka for help.
“You could always ask for help,” Kurenai suggested.
“There’s no one that I—” Kakashi said, pausing when he saw the newest patron take a seat at the bar, “Excuse me.”
Picking up his bottle of sake and the matching cup, Kakashi sauntered toward the bar. He eased himself onto a stool and looked at the man next to him. Waiting patiently for him to complete his order, Kakashi greeted him.
“Hello, Iruka,” he said, “Don’t see you here very often.”
“Long day,” Iruka said.
“Tell me about it,” Kakashi muttered, “I was wondering if you could assist me with something?”
“What could I possibly help you with?” he asked.
“I was wondering if you’d be willing to give me some advice on how to teach my team,” Kakashi replied, “It’s not going very well.”
